Tierra Del Sol Mexican Restaurant

We're local business owners in Springfield, NJ and just discovered Tierra Del Sol as a wonderful spot for lunch!

Friendly greeting when we walked in, quick table service and the food is fresh and very flavorful! We each had Quesadilla's de Carne Asada (Steak) - and the serving sizes were big, we each only ate half and too the rest home.

We will most definitely be back soon!

I was very impressed with the nachos, tamales and hot food bar! The food was authentic Mexican. I am not sure if I would eat inside but this whole in the wall has very good food and the prices are fair! Next visit I will try some other items on the menu.

Didn't get a chance to try the food. Strike 1 the fish used in fish taco is Talapia. That is the lowest grade of fish you can use for tacos. Most places are flounder other white flakes fish. Disappointed by this, I decide to try a chicken taco. Just to see is the flavors are correct. The cashier goes to the line cook with my order and he visibly has an attitude. Cashier tells me I have to wait 20 MINUTES. For one 🌮. 😆 when I ask why he says we'll we can't stop everything for your order. With attitude. Thats strikes 2 and 3 for me. I dine all over the world. Don't want my business..... cool.

Very family friendly, homemade comfort food. This is our go-to place in town for a heartwarming and relaxing meal. Portion is sizable with very affordable pricing

Easily one of the best Mexican restaurants in the area, I come here at least once a week for lunch. Very good prices too.

Tierra Del Sol is ok, just ok. I LOVE Mexican food, so I'm no stranger to it. I ordered Chicken Enchiladas on two separate occasions.

Chicken has minimum flavor and sauce is just ok, but acceptable for lunch. What I really don't like is the rice. I know my rice, and Tierra Del Sol's rice tastes like Minute Rice/Quick Rice.

Its not the worst Mexican food, but it certainly isn't the best.
