Definitely one of the top restaurants in Manahawkin/LBI area. My pasta dish was amazing, and service was great. Only downside to this place is it’s not huge and they don’t take reservations. We lucked out and got a front parking spot and table fairly quick. They also have a cool little outside area with a drink truck and a fire pit. This makes the waiting part a lot more bearable (keep in mind we only waited about 15-20 mins anyway). Overall, great experience. Certainly a spot you should try this summer if you’ve never been.

Amazing blue claws and they now serve alcohol. It's a local favorite and a treasure of the Jersey shore. Recommend trying at least once. Be warned you will be hooked. They added fire pits outsides if you have to wait. And the inside nautical design has been consistent for at least 20 years. A true gem with local fresh seafood.

I've had crab cakes all over the world including the inner harbor Maryland. These have to be the best, yes the best crab cakes I've ever had. The atmosphere is incredible especially sitting outside near the vintage airstream they've turned into a bar. We live at the shore in brick and this is my go to fav!!

Mud city crab House was amazing food and great service. Got there the day before they're closing for the season had oysters on the half shell, and then muscles steamed, which was fantastic. Then we had their clam chowder which was tasty. I had the 1 pound jumbo Alaskan king crab leg, which was so, yummy! Lotta meat. My Husband had the fillet with lobster tail. Everything was great. Service was fantastic and we enjoyed the fire pits outside having a cocktail before dinner. The setting is very intimate and we met another couple and had nice conversation before dinner totally recommend the place.

2nd time here, first time no crabs and this time not so great. Wait staff very friendly and nice, unfortunately that didnt make up for the absolute disgusting meal. Ordered fish and chips, fries were soft and cold and the fish was a soggy mess that reeked of ammonia. How you can put it on a plate and serve it to a customer is beyound me. Speaks volumes and I will definitely not go back. One bright spot, the corn on the cob was very good. Two stars because of the staff.

Nice dinner, Food overall very good, not great. Service was very good. Atmosphere like a crab house. Dinning area small tables close together and loud. Busy for a off-season Sunday night. We'll be back.

The grouper with cilantro lime or wasabi sauce was amazing! Servers were nice, professional and helpful. The restaurant is a busy icon around Manahawkin!

A gem. A very pleasant surprise. We will return when in the area. Very good selection. Everything was fresh. Best seafood we have had in an area with great seafood.

Great seafood on the mainland just before the bridge to Long Beach Island.

The food was excellent, I forget the name of what I ordered but it was like a sampler. It had fish, crab cake, scallops, and shrimp. The scallops were a little rubbery but not too bad, the rest was excellent. I ordered breaded fried pickels as a side and they were excellent also. I highly suggest trying this place if you like seafood. They have a very good assortment of seafood on their menu. They can get quite busy so there might be a wait to be seated. Give them a try, you will be very pleased.Kid-friendliness: They have a descent children's menu even if your child doesn't like seafood.

They have the standard seafood fare done very well. Great portions and reasonable prices. The crab cakes and clam strips are excellent. The fish was good but would have been greatly improved without the Thai chili sauce.
