Excellent service in a lovely (and historic) setting. The patio was a bit noisy but the service and food made up for it. Live music on Friday evening and the inside or outside bar appears very friendly. Cocktails looked amazing too. Ask about the cherry liquor cordials after your meal.
checked this place out after hearing a few good things and it was pretty decent overall. the building itself has a lot of character and gives the place a unique atmosphere. food was good and portions were fair, but a couple dishes felt a little hit or miss depending on what was ordered. service was friendly and staff seemed genuinely helpful, although things moved a bit slow during the dinner rush. prices were reasonable for the experience. nothing really blew me away, but i still...
Had an excellent Happy Birthday dinner for my wife. We both had the Beef Wellinton. Melted in my mouth. Super tender. A bit more expensive than our usuals (chicken) but well wort it.
