I stopped in at Rita’s tonight and was totally disappointed because the menu was extremely limited. And.
1. They did not have Swedish fish (my fav flavor).
2. No custard!!!
I mean how can I get my gelati without any custard?? So, I decided on the black cherry and mango Italian ice. When it was time to pay I opened my app so I can scan and get points and the cashier informed me that she already rang me up so she can’t scan the app, I was super annoyed,...

This Rita's is great. I've never had any issues at this location and I used to work next door. I'm mainly reviewing to offset the guy who doesn't seem to understand that 3 Quarts is less than 1 Gallon. And he wanted 2 gallons.

My husband and I have always had a great experience at Rita’s! The staff is incredibly friendly and does such a fantastic job. The service is quick, and they always make sure everything is perfect. The treats are always fresh and delicious—whether it’s Italian ice, frozen custard, or a blend of both! I highly recommend stopping by for a sweet treat and great service!
