In Stockton NJ for the weekend and just ate at the Bistro Rouget. I was able to make last minute reservations without any problems. When we arrived the hostess was extremely friendly and attentive. From what I gather they serve an a-la-carte menu on Fridays. My wife had a French onion soup which was incredible!!!! The ingredients were top notch and despite being satisfied with a Leek Cheesecake i was a bite dissapointed that i didnt order the French onion soup. We both ordered...

This restaurant is the one I always prefer. I go to plenty of restaurants but to this restaurant I go the most. The crew is very professional and the food they cook is so flavorful. I never decline to have a decent dinner here. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Outdoor tables were well spaced. Quality of food was exceptional: we had the mushroom soup and scallops. Service was accommodating but slow (food made to order), but we enjoyed sitting outside.
