Unbelievable! We drove an hour round trip to check this place out. Everything was amazing. The duck leg confit was the best thing I’ve eaten in year.s. The duck liver Pate was the best I’ve ever had. The gnocchi- simply amazing. We had a small feast here at home tonight! Seriously, get in your car and get there as fast as you can!!!
My husband and decided to have a quick - last minute dinner at Stockton Market. I stumbled upon RSC by chance. What a complete and wonderful suprise. I chose the 3 plate option and ordered the Duck- Snails and Rabbit. I can honestly say this was one of the most delicious meals I have had in years in the US.
My family is French and I lived in the South of France for over 10 yrs and this meal rivals even some of he best restaurants I have eaten at In France.

RSC atelier & Immortal Milk Cheese Co. is a delightful gem and fantastic culinary destination. The intimate atmosphere features a kitchen in the same room as the few tables. The creative food is excellent, with beautiful, delicious dishes and bright flavors. The menu includes focaccia with Aleppo chile oil, crudos, oysters, pave, and steak, alongside an insane, well-curated cheese selection. The staff provides the sweetest, amazing service. It is highly recommended for both takeout and Saturday night supper clubs, offering a true foodie's dream experience.
