After refining his craft at gems like Gramercy tavern and Marlow and sons, Brooklyn native Scott bridi founded Brooklyn cured, creators of small-batch, handmade products that draw on the tradition of Italian-American pork stores, lower east side delis, french charcuterie, and german beer gardens. This kielbasa is simply seasoned with white pepper, mustard, and garlic.

A delightful gem, with amazing provisions and the sweetest of service. I stumbled upon the store by pure chance, but will gladly be adding this to my mandatory stops on my travels.

Crazy good. Stop reading reviews and just go. The staff was amazing and we found treasures the longer we looked around this adorable shop. The cheese and provisions we bought almost didn’t last the entire ride home. Stop here every day on your way home from work.
