Opt for an early-ish dinner if don;t like loud dinners. The scallops and mushroom risotto and asian inspired salmon entrees were perfect. It's not very often that they ask you how you want your salmon cooked. And it was perfect along with bok choy and seaweed salad. Our female server was delightful and BYOB is a bonus!

We were unable to make our reservation this evening due to traffic. I called to cancel and was told that would be no problem. However, I was charged a $60 cancellation fee. If I had been informed, I would have asked if we could just arrive a bit late. Frustrating, especially since I was told canceling was fine.

From the time moment we walked in the door until the time we left, fully satisfied, the experience was top-notch. It's a BYOB restaurant that has a connection with a local business to take care of that without missing a beat. The food and service was great. Our server, Suraya S. was on point throughout the entire dinner. My wife and I had the Halibut special and it did not disappoint. It was as good as we've had anywhere. If you are in Stone Harbor, go to Jay's.

Visiting Avalon/Stone Harbor for the weekend on our 25th Girl’s Weekend. First of all, our server, Surea, was adorable and so helpful, courteous and friendly. She recommended the Pad Thai and I have to say, it was the best I ever had. She said that the Chef’s recipe is his mother’s recipe. So good!!!

Excellent atmosphere, well prepared, outstanding food. Deep, rich flavors redolent of Thailand. A lovely dining experience.

We were looking to try somewhere new for take out. This place was amazing! Got the market tacos and loved them. Light and fresh. This will be added to our take out rotation for sure.

We had reservations at this establishment for Saturday early eve. When we got there we were very disappointed to learn we had no reservation!!! However, when making reservation we were told our credit card would be charged $60.00 if we didn’t show. We showed and were rudely told ( by the female manager)that we had no reservation!!! She was not at all nice and actually very very rude with her excuses. In the meantime we walked around town shopped a bit and were told by not one but two other local stores how rude the people are at that restaurant. So sorry but we found a wonderful restaurant Fred’s Tavern and spent our money there and had a fabulous time!

Jay's recently opened their Jays On The Go for takeout. As with their restaurant, their menu choices and food was delicious with a special flare. We opted for kale Caesar salad (so fresh) and pad Thai (wonderful!). Jay's food is prepared with great care and is of optimum quality. Highly recommended!

We actually stumbled upon Jay's on Third after leaving another restaurant that was promising to be a disaster. We were very pleasantly surprised. We were seated immediately at a lovely table and provided with warm rolls and soft butter and informed of specials. Although this is BYO and we did not have any, we were supplied with chilled water and iced teas throughout our meal. We decided on a special scallop dish over creamy risotto and it was fabulous. We also had the pad thai dish which was fresh and flavorful. Our shared dessert was a key lime cheesecake that went down with a smile! My capuchino was a perfect topper. Our waitress was a whirlwind who never stopped and smiled all the way and she even had a trainee with her Jay's is a great place for a special evening of great food in a relaxed atmosphere.

This BYOB restaurant was absolutely stunning! Executive Chef Jason Hippen was born and partly raised in Thailand and the beautiful Asian decor and soft brown and cremes create the perfect upscale-casual vibe. Our waitress Jaymie was delightful! SO polished and earnest and she expertly attended to our every need, clearly trained in white glove service. Haven't seen that kind of attention at a restaurant in years! The food was the star.....coastal American fare with an Asian tw
