I’ve been here a few times, the food is always stellar. Service has been really solid too. The calamari is the best in stone harbor and comes in a huge serving, enough for 6. Meatballs are packed with flavor. Two great starters. The entrees are delicious and as expected. The only thing I’d say is odd, the salads with the entrees are tiny - couple leaves of lettuce. The upgrade to Caesar salad is $5 and not really worth it IMO. Small complaint on the salad, but other than that there is great atmosphere, food, and service. Restaurant is BYOB. Godere!

Ristorante Luciano is hands down my family’s absolute favorite Italian restaurant outside of Italy. The food is consistently incredible, the gnocchi are out of this world, the chicken parm is perfectly prepared, and the rotating specials never disappoint. We always save room for dessert because the chocolate lava cake is simply the best. Between the authentic flavors, welcoming atmosphere, and wonderful service, it truly feels like a little slice of Italy close to home.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Luciano’s. From the moment I walked in, Joe was accommodating and friendly. He made us feel like we were having dinner at his home. We just finished an incredible meal at Luciano's. They don't just cook Italian dishes, they cook like Italians, and there is a big difference the tomatoes, basil, oilve oil, and additional base ingredients were of the highest quality. Meals like this are far and few between. Other than one table, who insisted on arguing over politics the atmosphere as well could not have been better. I've come to the shore since I was one year old in 1975 and ny biggest regret not discovering Lucianos sooner.

My husband and I got really lucky and were able to walk in on a Monday night. We'd never been before but thought the menu looked great, and we knew enough about the area that we had a bottle of wine in the car! Everything was delicious, but the Spaghetti with Crabmeat was truly SO good, we were both blown away. Perfectly balanced, just enough heat, just enough crab, and the pasta itself was phenomenal. My only regret is that we didn't get dessert. We'll be back and be sure to make a reservation the next time we're down the shore!

This is hands down the best Italian food I’ve had in New Jersey! The food was absolutely amazing, and I really appreciated that they had dietary options like gluten-free pasta available. I ordered the Penne all’Amatriciana, it was full of flavor. I also highly recommend starting with the Brussels sprouts appetizer, it was crispy and delicious! The staff was nice and welcoming. The only downside was that it was pretty hot inside the restaurant, but overall it was a great meal and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Food was pretty good with potential to be better but the waiter service was not good. Food was not brought out timely nor did the waiter consistently clean the table as we are putting a damper on the experience. Very long wait with food not coming paired was a let down. Waiter seem to not know portion sizes and recommended wrong side portions that really took away from the dishes. Everything felt rushed even while taking a long time to be served. We even were asked to share a dessert menu because all menus were being used by other patrons then after ordering 2 deserts only one came out further proving our waiter was not attentive to us. With better attentive service place has potential to be great. All in our waiter was just not good looking around others seem to be getting good service. Waiter was apologetic at the end which I can accept but I paid good money for an experience that did not live up to the charge.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted like family coming for a Sunday dinner with warm smiles and impeccable service. Joe, Scott, Alli (spelling) went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to every detail with such care. Scott and Alli were attentive without being intrusive. Scott’s knowledge of the menu and our wine pairing were spot on. The staff genuinely cared about making our dining experience perfect.
The ambiance is cozy yet elegant, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing meal. The lighting, decor, and soft background music all added to the inviting atmosphere.
Now, let’s talk about the food. It was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. You can tell the kitchen puts a lot of thought and creativity into their menu. The freshness of the ingredients and just the right balance of the spices made for a memorable experience. Each bite was a delight, and the portions were generous without being overwhelming.
We started with the prosciutto and melon appetizer which was a lovely balance between salt and sweetness. For our entrees, I had Chicken Champagne and my partner had Veal Principessa. It was amazing! For dessert, we shared the homemade ricotta cheesecake. Oh my goodness, what an experience! It was light with the perfect balance of orange and lemon. What a perfect ending to a delicious food journey.
