I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHARLEYS!!!!
the food is good. but the management and the service in the Charleys cheesesteak in St Augustine Florida in the Walmart is horrible! I was overcharged by more than $4 and their signs all over the place quoting the correct price. the manager was nowhere to be found so the cashier called her and they still refused to adjust my charge. there is no way to get in touch with corporate the phone number that I did find sounded like it was in China....
First time trying Charley’s - Wasn’t impressed. The cheesesteak I ordered was too salty. Fries were meh. Strawberry lemonade was pretty good and it’s probably the only thing I would go back for. I ordered online and picked it up - food was ready when I arrived. I won’t be going out of my way to go back.
my family and I had lunch here and really enjoyed it. The place is clean and there is plenty of parking. Food was fresh and they provided great customer service. Would have liked to see bigger cheesesteak portions and or bread. Wings were pretty good and so was their lemonade. Would definitely come back for the wings but not the cheese steaks.
