rude employee I've been going in and out at any 7-11 establishment never heard anything like this being very rude. He definitely hate his job. specially that curly Indian dude. Never come at this place again. It is just a matter of time everybody will have talk about this place. Hope it's not to late who ever own this business. Employee needs more training about customer service how to treat them so they will come back.

I love apple pie crunch Metrix protein bars. 7-Eleven is the only company where I can find this particular Metrix bar. Everywhere else I have tried has every other flavor but this one.

I went to this store today n this very very RUDE staff name Nash has serious attitude problems n I asked him do U Have cinnamon powder for coffee n he said no more n when I checked other stand there was n this very lazy n rude staff had serious problems to look n check. Even many coffee wasn't filled up. I don't understand if you'll don't want to work then why don't this people stay home. It's height of laziness my god. Zero n worst customer service by this worst staff name Nash. Horrible experience. Not good.

I went into the 711 in the early morning before starting my 12 hour shift. I asked Jerome for pick 4 and he told me no he couldn’t do it right now. Ok no biggie that I couldn’t play that one day. I went back this morning and same guy told me no. I asked do they not play lottery anymore and he told me he hurt his finger. Very disappointed since I play lots of lottery there.Denise

I went to 7/11 this morning april 5 2023 around 6:30 am at 6 river rd to buy a phone cable charger I plug it to my car and it didn't work so I asked the guy to get my money back and si said NO,he say "is to late you already used the cable " , I work at customer service I know my rights as long as I have the received and before 30 days if I don't like the product or the product don't work I can get my money back,of course because is 7/11 there are not a phone to call or manager to talk ,is ok buddy you can keep my money but be careful with this store and this guy they steal money

It's a service station, I'm a customer in the store and they can't lend me the bathroom because they don't want to????. What happens with these inconsiderate people seeing that we have children who need 1 minute in a bathroom????

The clerk at the counter tried to double charge me, didn't say anything when I caught it. Luckily I noticed the price before I paid. Pretty sketchy...

At around 3pm on 07/06/22 The counter person was rude and on a personal call during my checkout. I asked him a question and he completely disregarded it. I also asked him if the beef patties were fresh. When I got to the car and tried to eat them they tasted like they've been there for a awhile. As I was eating in the car the my lunch in the car, the beef patties. One of the workers I'm not sure if it's the same one, gave me a nasty look and got my attention through the window and told me I need to move, nastily. He said I'm in an employee parking space very rudely. I was eating the lunch I bought from you guys that was not fresh on my lunch break from work which is only 30 minutes. There was no sign saying there was a time limit, and there's no sign saying it's an employee parking space, And then he said if you're eating your lunch you can go eat it over there and pointed to the garbage. I politely told him that I would move, but he should have asked nicely.
