Tucked inside what looks like a liquor and cheese shop, I never would’ve guessed they served amazing coffee here. A friendly coffee maker guided us toward the right roast for our taste, which made choosing surprisingly easy.
We picked up a small sack of their freshly roasted grounds, and the value for the price was excellent. After a couple of days, the grounds turned a little oily, yet the flavor stayed rich and smooth.

Been drinking coffee all over the continental U.S. for just over a decade and this is the best cup of coffee that I’ve ever bought (not exaggerating). Got a large iced decaf americano extra shot, black. Keep up the level of quality.

This is a “hidden gem” and an “elevated experience” in Summit IMHO …
The beverage quality is outstanding.
The service is excellent … very kind man running the coffee bar.
The coffee bar atmosphere is nice, it has somewhat a European feel to it especially compared to other coffee shops in town.
Overall, an excellent customer...
