Very pleased to have a place like this in Summit! Vante’s attentiveness and friendly attitude ensure we had everything we needed. The chef really know flavors, everything was delicious and even customer service was great, Ana gave great recommendations and was so communicative, loved her!! The inside was very clean and music was a 10/10, was bopping all over the place. Definitely a new spot for us

What truly elevates Ani Ramen is the exceptional service. I was particularly impressed by Ana and Vante, who went above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect. Ana was incredibly attentive and friendly, offering great recommendations and making us feel right at home. Vante was equally fantastic, providing prompt and courteous service with a smile. The combination of top-notch ramen and such dedicated staff makes Ani Ramen a must-visit. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning soon!

Tried Tokyo shoyu and chefs special, broth is very thin like your instant noodle broth. Pork chashu was very fatty and not chashu style, just two slabs of pork, they were good though.
Barely any service at all: waitstaff bring out the foods and the check, nothing in between, and 3% credit card surcharge it’s totally a joke.

Fried wonton is divine. Main objective in Summit is to come to this restaurant more.

Love love love this ramen spot. I’ve gone here a few Times and the service is quick & the food is yummy.
They also offer noodles with broth so our picky youngster can eat there too.

My experience started with the shrimp bao bun for lunch. I manage the Committed Pig down the block so I just ordered online and walked to pick it up. It was my first bao bun and I loved it. It was packed with bright, fresh ingredients and a great sauce. So, since I was working open to close, I decided to order again for dinner. So I got the pork ramen. It was worth the second trip. And my advice is follow the suggestion. Slurp. Sip. Repeat. Also, bravo on packaging the broth separately for takeout. I'm sure that saves the integrity of the dish. Will certainly return. 👍 👌
Update: I am now the general manager here and I plan on improving service and hospitality even more.

Visited this location for the first time, there was more staff than customers(on Saturday night) and they all were busy with their phones or chatting.. 15 minutes in, nobody cheeked in if we're ready to order, told hostess we're ready to order. Took too long to get food, waited 10 min for check and got it only when we walked upto the register. The food was definitely better at their other locations.

This is the first time in my life that a waiter or waitress ask me do I need help? Was I ever at their restaurant?
The waitress to help me was Caitlin very attentive, very compassionate and polite.
I wish all waitresses were this polite!!
