Me and my coworker decided to get a sandwich from here for lunch, the sandwiches ended up being around $25 for 2! They had no flavor, the bread was really hard, and were pretty small for the price. Were the worst sandwiches I've ever had. Never getting a sandwich from them again. They are really expensive & food is the worst!

Super cute Bakeshop in Downtown Summit!! Everything smells amazing the moment you step in. Pastries, cakes, and sweet treats all look so lovely and taste equally delicious. I tried their cannoli, blueberry cheesecake, chocolate chip cookies as well as shortbread cookies (all delicious & not too sweet!) My friend also enjoyed her Tiramisu. They have fresh bread and a plethora of sweet treats. The staff is extremely friendly and patient. We ordered some treats to eat there and some to-go. There are about 8 seats for dine-in.My one comment would be if they can label some of their items as I had trouble figuring out what some dishes were. However, I went super early on a Monday so perhaps they were still setting up for the day. The staff was super patient with all my questions Highly recommend & plan to come back again!Parking: Paid parking lot few blocks away or paid meter street parking available. Make sure to pay your metered parking on-time as several agents are seen double-checking meters frequently.

This place is family, owned and operated, the owner Michael is very accommodating, and will help you with their bread selection! They have everything from cannolis to ruggalech to their house made rolls which are used at the restaurant next door, the summit house , one of my favs! And DONT sleep on the coffee I had the most amazing caramel cappachino! If you haven’t been there you need to!

The bakery nails its pastries, but let's be real—they seriously botch the coffee. It's like they've never heard of a cortado, cappuccino, or flat white even though it’s in their menu. Get a barista in there and train your staff.

Nice bakeshop. We had Nutella croissants, chocolate croissants, and a mini bacon quiche.

This is a "Must Go To" for fresh baked breads, cakes, cookies, pies and more. I stopped by for a fresh mozzarella tomato and basil panini. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. Very nice inside to sit and enjoy an espresso, cappuccino and hot chocolate with a fresh baked pastry.

My family has rated Bake's Strawberry Shortcake sheetcake the best they have ever had. We knew it would be, as their cookies, breads and pastries are perfection!

Based on my two macarons, a raspberry and a chocolate, three stars. Why only 3? I'll get to it. The bakery is nice, clean, and filled with plenty of cakes, tarts, cookies, and other goodie combos. Service is nice. Polite. I'm gluten free. I don't make a big deal of it. In rare instances I'll have a taste of something, but most likely, not. I'll pick out a macaron any day. I like my macarons to have a bit of a soft crunch on the outside, and not be too sweet. Both the ones I bought here lacked those qualities. It was like eating a preserve cookie that was too fresh and the preserve was sweetened with sugar. Everything here looks good. Sometimes looks can be deceiving. Never judge a book by its cover.

Came here to pick up some treats for my friend’s kids, and I ended up liking everything that we picked out. There had a good selection of cookies and cakes. My favorites were walnut bars, almond bars, and lemon drop cookies! There was seating inside, but it felt more like a bakery than a cafe. Service was a bit slow.

I had my son’s birthday cake prepared, and they did an amazing job. They also have a gray selection of sweets and breads
