My colleagues and I go to Batavia several times a month. The menu is well above average in variety and artisanship compared to other spots in the area. Food preparation is expert and very clean. What keeps us coming back is the friendliness of the staff and owners -- all good people.

My wife, son and I came for lunch. She had a great salad with marinated chicken and my son had tasty Chicken Caesar Wrap.

It was nice as I was able to order an omelette after 12. It was excellent.

Picking up orders through Doordash at this store is terrible, you wait a long time and it's never ready, if I could delete this store from Doordash I would.

Top notch food in a great food town. Soups made fresh daily, sandwiches made with Balthazar bread, and delicious fresh salads with chicken or Salmon as protein options. Caring and attentive staff.

We happened to stumble to this wonderful cafe in Summit yesterday. I had a sandwich and soup and they were delicious. My wife had special salad and she said it's the best salad she had ever had. Wish that we live closer to Summit so we can come more often.

This could be a classy place—the food is very good and the decor & ambience nice—but the dining experience sucks. So noisy at lunch, we chose to sit outside: the cashier gave us 3 plastic glasses (water & teas), 2 paper cups of soup with plastic lids, plastic utensils, 5-6 napkins, soup crackers—but without a tray of any kind. The water spilled on my way out the door, gripping the soup cup to remove the plastic lid caused it to squirt all over my pants, the light wind blew away the napkins and sucking soup from a plastic spoon is gross; at least the sandwich was delivered on a reusable dish they could wash. These days, a cafe in Summit should be more green, and more pleasant to eat in. Kind of sad.

me and my best friend have been coming here almost everyday since trying the BLT (with spicy aioli) & avocado toast. the iced latte is also amazing. the owner & myron are the best as well as very welcoming every time that we come in. definitely would give this place a try.

Great little coffee shop with its own uniqueness, not another Starbucks knock off. The coffee here was excellent compared to the other coffee shops in town and the avocado toast was also delicious. The staff were kind and the service was wonderful . Highly recommend!

The employees at the cafe are super friendly! The soups are homemade which is great and tastes yummy! There are so many food options to choose from. I especially love the avocado toast with over easy eggs! They also have salads and sandwiches- definitely recommend trying the spicy torta on focaccia!

I had breakfast with my son & daughter at Batavia Cafe today based upon a recommendation. But what a huge disappointment!!! It was the WORST breakfast I’ve ever experienced!!! The prices are outrageous and the quality of the food was very poor. Their 2 egg omelet was very thin, hard & rubbery! The piece of toast was burnt on 1 side. There was only 1 other customer dining there besides our party of 3. And the 1 inch cockroach that appeared on the wall adjacent to our table was the final straw to our horrible experience! I honestly question how Batavia Cafe can be a going business!!!
