We absolutely love Due 360! Yesterday was our second time visiting and the service alone is impeccable(Luis, thank you for making the night even more special!), but then add to that the delicious food and ambiance makes for a perfect date night. We enjoyed the steak frites, octopus, garlic shrimp, and burrata! And the sangria was a perfect addition to our meal :) We will definitely be back again!

I was amazed for the quality of service provided from this establishment. Luis was none less but exceptional on the service in every way. Alejandro was very helpful as well. Sometimes I don’t go out to a fine dining restaurant for the fear of being excluded because of my race but not here. It’s nice to see that the world changing from when I was growing up in South of this country. Please try the calamari and Prime Rib (both recommended). God bless.

We wanted to try Summit's unexplainably popular train-car diner, but weird experience there led us to that civilized place near-by -- Due 360. Quite a few times before it attracted our attention , but we never visited it until today. So, instead of torturing ourselves in that overrated sticky and crowded diner, with plates filled with food looking cheap and tasteless, busy only because some magazine wrote an article about them -- we took off and went to Due. Regardless from the contrast -- stopping by Due 360 happened to be a revelation and THE BEST brunch experience we ever had in town of Summit, and we've been around to many places there. It saved our morning. Place smells clean and with "good vibe" scents. Not overcrowded. LOUIS was our host and he is the MAN to meet when you stop by -- truly professional and a gentleman. Food was excellent and beyond expectations, also very reasonably priced. Everything was cooked exactly to the order. Some finger food, coffee refills, biscotto were free of charge and delicious. Toilettes are in proper shape as well. We will definitely be back soon. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was pleasantly surprised with Due 360. The server was friendly and helpful. The food had a great presentation AND tasted delicious (hard to find these days). The restaurant was clean, had a good layout and lots of natural light. The bathroom was also very clean. Parking was challenging since it is street parking, but that also goes for any other shop/restaurant in town. I'm looking forward to dining here again.

This restaurant is super in all respects. Luis was our server and he was both professional and friendly. We ordered more than a dozen items from the tapas menus and each one was a hit. My hat is off to the chefs. It was a wonderful experience.

Amazing dinner from the buratta, fried cauliflower and the amazing Hennessy stuffed mushrooms! The mushroom bisque was unbelievable! Others had the broccoli soup special which was delicious. The entrees great! Roped off the meal with the awesome sorbet and the decadent affogato!! Second time we have been here in the past 3 months. What a great place!
