I call to make a complaint of the mango pineapple refresher that is salty not my regular drink and she answered me what you want me to do ?? Really I won’t waist my money in there again I feel that was unprofessional on top they hang the phone on me as a business owner that was rude and unprofessional

I stopped in for a coffee and bagel in my way to the hospital up the road . 5 people behind the counter all spamish speaking I guess cause no one spoke any English they gave my coffee to someone else all just looked dumb found they were to busy having visitors and talking loudly across the store a girl walked in the one they gave my coffee to all talking of her staring ? my bagel did have cream cheese I'll show u how it was placed on my bagel atmosphere was loud and obnoxious food sub par service awful do better

I am a huge fan of Dunkin Donuts. BUT every single time I get coffee from this location they get it wrong! AND when I let them know (in a nice way), they get angry and make the coffee worse than the first time. AND the entire team has an attitude. I stopped going to this location because of this. Figured I would try again. I'm so done now. AND I do my best NOT to write negative reviews BUT not today. Ugh.
The Ashwood Dunkin is run by far the best people ever!! They are kind and always have a smile when u walk inside! Super clear actually spotless. They are pet friendly and just amazing overall!!! Thank u Brenda!!!

Terrible customer service and application drivers from a woman who was working this morning, Wednesday, October 11, an order arrived 15 minutes late in arriving at the store. When the woman and I arrived, we spoke to each other in English and she told me that the order I was not ready, I told her that there was no problem, she could wait, she did not realize that I was Hispanic and she started talking in Spanish with her colleagues and a customer, she started insulting me saying "this pendej0 dirver came very fast, they always make the same ones" and many other things he said so I spoke to him in Spanish and told him that because he was insulting me at that moment he turned white with fright at seeing the mistake, cancel the order and report it to the company's customer service, if you don't have a good attitude to do your job, look for another one
