I showed up to the dunking donuts at about 8:55pm, I attempted to open the door and it was locked. I looked inside to see a worker signaling to me that they were closed and 2 or 3 other young people in there not in uniform hanging out on their phones. I then checked the website after leaving and saw that this location in fact does not close until 10pm. I’m extremely upset about my experience. Don’t advertise that your open until 10 and then be closed at 8:55. Completely unacceptable.

I call to make a complaint of the mango pineapple refresher that is salty not my regular drink and she answered me what you want me to do ?? Really I won’t waist my money in there again I feel that was unprofessional on top they hang the phone on me as a business owner that was rude and unprofessional

My friend and I were 25 minutes away from closing for a coffee and they had already closed the store, I understand that they close 10 or 5, but 25 minutes!! And the people who were in there just looked at us

I stopped in for a coffee and bagel in my way to the hospital up the road . 5 people behind the counter all spamish speaking I guess cause no one spoke any English they gave my coffee to someone else all just looked dumb found they were to busy having visitors and talking loudly across the store a girl walked in the one they gave my coffee to all talking of her staring ? my bagel did have cream cheese I'll show u how it was placed on my bagel atmosphere was loud and obnoxious food sub par service awful do better
