Terrible customer service and application drivers from a woman who was working this morning, Wednesday, October 11, an order arrived 15 minutes late in arriving at the store. When the woman and I arrived, we spoke to each other in English and she told me that the order I was not ready, I told her that there was no problem, she could wait, she did not realize that I was Hispanic and she started talking in Spanish with her colleagues and a customer, she started insulting me saying "this pendej0 dirver came very fast, they always make the same ones" and many other things he said so I spoke to him in Spanish and told him that because he was insulting me at that moment he turned white with fright at seeing the mistake, cancel the order and report it to the company's customer service, if you don't have a good attitude to do your job, look for another one

I normally do not write negative reviews, but simply put a staff of 3 should pay attention to what the customer orders better and if there is no understanding recite back to confirm with said customer. My order was messed up not once but TWICE in the span of 6 minutes. I ordered your signature pumpkin spice iced latte which is DISPLAYED on your screens all over the place as well as a medium iced hazelnut coffee with no milk 1 cream, 2 sweeet and lows and an espresso shot. I got a HOT hazelnut latte SMALL with a iced coffee with sweet cold foam and then the rest of the proper order, I at this point was very pressed for time and had to leave. I have no idea how 3 employees could mess up and blame the screens but simply just retrain them please. I am a former restaurant manager, they were not trained well.

The Ashwood Dunkin is run by far the best people ever!! They are kind and always have a smile when u walk inside! Super clear actually spotless.They are pet friendly and just amazing overall!!!Thank u Brenda!!!

I walked into this establishment with a positive attitude and left with an indescribable feeling. They (specifically two young men of Asian decent), messed up my order and I can’t figure whether it was on purpose or not which I shouldn’t feel. I should not feel anyway when simply ordering a drink and a bagel. When placing my order I totally I felt rushed and ignored at the same time as if I was simply trying to be moved along. Both workers were out of uniform. To say the workers played in face is an understatement. I watched customers who came after me receive larger orders than my two items and when I did get my order both items were made without care. When asked about my drink I was told it was what I wanted when I knew it was not (I’ve been ordering this drink for almost 5 years) and my bagel light cream cheese had 3 dots of cream cheese and the bagel was heated until it hardened . it was laughable to me and I should’ve gotten a refund but I’ll simply leave this review and never frequent this establishment again.
