This place is mid, the bagels were pretty good but the sandwich meat is dry. If you need to go here get the sausage eggs and cheese.
They need to get new coffee cups, there awful, leaked all over my jeans in my car.

Gotten food a couple different times and I always get different menu items but it always seems to be just mediocre. Service isn’t the best either, sometimes it’ll take a moment before being greeted because person at the front register will be on their phone in front of you and not care. Overall wouldn’t recommend.

I am baffled by these reviews. The bagels are fine. Maybe I don’t understand Montreal style bagels. If you want really big, fluffy bagels you came to the right place. If you want delicious chewy NY style bagels this is not it. Very good service. Really cute and clean inside. Maybe try the eggs?

Twice Ive been here abd twice Ive been treated rudely by the people behind the counter. Id rather take the drive to Springfield where they are efficient, polite and the bagels are way better. Will not be returning.

We love Kettlemans and eat here a few times a week most weeks. There does seem to be a consistent issue with not getting online orders fully correct. More times than not, we are missing the cheese on our egg and cheese sandwiches or get an everything bagel when we order plain. The first few times we let it slide, but it’s clearly a consistent issue at this point. Not going to stop us from ordering here, but would be nice if this could be fixed.

Finally a proper breakfast sandwich spot in Summit!! (So Far) I've tried 3 different breakfast sandwiches and they were phenomenal. Proper portion size, good price, and food was made fast and fresh. Highly Recommended!!!

Excellent food and excellent service! I called beforehand to ensure they had jelly before placing an uber eats order - and the person who answered was so nice! They followed the uber eats instructions perfectly. Not every restaurant does that so it was a nice touch. My sandwich was still hot and fresh even after the long uber ride. Best bagel I’ve had in a while - 10/10!

Kettleman’s is such a welcome sight after the long decline of the former Summit Bagel. And what a difference. Place is bright, clean, and very inviting. Staff are friendly and though it was kind of busy there wasn’t much of a wait for my order. My breakfast sandwich was delicious. Eggs were fluffy and the bagel was fantastic all around. I’ll definitely be back.
