La Focaccia is an excellent Italian restaurant in Summit and the perfect spot for a cozy, romantic date night. My fiancée and I celebrated New Year’s Eve 2026 here, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. It’s a family-owned gem with a relaxed, welcoming vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient—making us feel taken care of from the moment we walked in. They started us off with complimentary fresh bread, served with garlic and olive oil that was absolutely amazing—honestly, some of the best olive oil I’ve had outside of Barcelona or Rome. For appetizers, we ordered the goat cheese salad, which was beautifully balanced with warm walnuts, arugula, and creamy goat cheese simple, fresh, and perfect. For our mains, we had the gnocchi and the black spaghetti with seafood, and both dishes were outstanding. The gnocchi was light and tender, while the seafood pasta was flavorful, with just the right mix of freshness and depth. La Focaccia truly offers a little taste of Italy right in the heart of Summit. We’ll absolutely be coming back and if you’re planning a special night out, you should too. 🍝❤️🍷

This evening I had the pleasure of dining here.we were greeted warmly and staff was very attentive .The atmosphere is warm & inviting! The shrimp with chick peas outstanding flavor! Zucchini flowers beautifully presented & tasty. Seafood w/ said pasta fresh and tasty. Fresh fruit, brownie and cappuccino to top off the evening. Definitely recommend!

Had a fantastic meal here with my family last night. In particular, the calamari, housemade black spaghetti were excellent. And one of the best tiramisu's I've ever had. Extremely friendly and warm service and a great atmosphere. Would highly recommend and will certainly be coming back soon (quite a few dishes I'm looking forward to trying).
