Legitimately the best ice cream that I ever had. I’ve been going here for decades. The cookie dough and cookies n cream are my favorites. Milkshakes are on point too.

Fantastic ice cream. Too many options! Plagued with teenagers but that’s not Magic Fountain’s fault nor is it really the teenagers’.

Best soft serve around! Line moves fast, so don't get discouraged if there is a long line.

We have been enjoying this gem of an ice cream shop for decades. Nick and his family treat you like part of their family. The ice cream is homemade. The cones are homemade. The brownies are homemade. There is a theme here. You are in for a gastronomic desert delight! Get to Magic Fountain today! I promise you will want to come back again and again! So many flavors and so little time. Thank you Nick and family for keeping the tradition alive! God Bless America! God Bless Blue & Gold! Remember Everyone Deployed Everyday!

Just picked up a large vanilla shake, which is usually pretty good. This time, instead of smooth and creamy, it was full of ice crystals. Kind of disappointed.

My family and I have been going to MF for years. The brownie s'mores flavor was my favorite. It was amazing! Heavy on the graham cracker flavor--outstanding. I ordered it last week and was convinced they had gotten the order wrong. It tasted NOTHING like s'mores. It tasted like bland vanilla with some brownie and chips. We went back tonight and I asked for it again. Same thing happened, only this time I caught it before we got home. We asked what happened and were told they changed the recipe. Would have been nice if they had mentioned that--put a little note next to the flavor that says "new recipe" or something like that. I personally think this is a big mistake. Their old recipe for brownie s'mores was the best I've ever had. So disappointed.

I'm not one to write a review when I'm unhappy with an establishment because I always think that perhaps it was just me or just this visit. But I don't think this is the case this time. My husband and I brought our nephew here for ice cream because we had had been passing Magic Fountain so many times and saw long lines and this time there was almost no one there so we thought we were in luck. The first thing that bothered me: signs in the window saying "Cash or Venmo only." Cash only is a pet peeve of mine. It's 2023 and we have suffered through a pandemic where we have learned the importance of minimizing unnecessary contact. CONTACTLESS payment is the wave of the future, not something to be avoided. As for Venmo as an alternative: not everyone has or uses Venmo. But guess what. Almost everyone now has a credit card or debit card! Luckily I had cash on me or I would have not been able to treat my nephew to ice cream this night! The second thing that bothered me was the service. I inquired what "chocaholic" referred to and asked if it meant dark chocolate, chocolate with chips, or something else. The cashier asked another person behind the counter who pointed to the window, to which I just gave a puzzled look and my cashier said, "the ingredients are on the window." At this point, I'm at the register and about to place my order. What help is this now? And why can't I get a simple answer to a simple question. I didn't want an ingredient list, just a simple statement as to what chocaholic ice cream was.The last thing that bothered me was the quality of the product. We got soft serve vanilla and soft serve twist. Well, the vanilla had no taste. Instead of vanilla, it tasted like a creamy frozen "Cool Whip." The chocolate was a bit better: at least there was a hint of chocolate flavoring, still overpowered by an almost greasy creamy taste. Soft ice cream is something I have loved since I was a child. This was perhaps the worst I've had.All in all, I'm disappointed with this establishment: food quality, service, and payment options. I am amazed at the crowds it garners on a warm summer night, but certainly not amazed to ever go back for ice cream.

I found the ice cream ,soft serve to be a little gelatinous, instead of creamy and icy. Next time I'll try the hard ice cream flavors. $4 for a small.kiddy size is a little crazy.

Ice cream is great - service is terrible. The teen girls have a iPods in and are very rude when you approach

Magic Fountain is the only place in the area that still knows how to make a good real milkshake!

Their ice cream and Italian ice are the best around. I love how you can customize your order, and the extra toppings are reasonably priced. The teens/young people working inside are attentive and friendly. It's definitely a great place to grab a treat for yourself or your family.

Plenty of parking . It is Cash or Venmo only - just for a heads up.A great variety and they truly pack their sundaes! We really enjoyed coming here- the ice cream is very creamy. We had more than enough between two little girls and two adults, we got a waffle cone and a sundae and packed the waffle cone in a cup and brought home. Even though it rained outside shortly before going and the tables were wet, we sat on the brick wall and still enjoyed the ice cream. Highly recommend and decently priced!
