I just had the farmhouse sandwich. It was delicious very tasty and different from other bagel shops I have eaten. Definitely will get that again when I’m in the area.

It smelled GREAT upon entering! Knew it’d be a good sign of delicious food. I ended up ordering jalapeño cheddar breakfast sandwich. Love it! Bagel was chewy with great temperature. I don’t enjoy cold bagels at all. Size was great! Spacious with decent seating. It is street parking so make sure you get there at non-rush hour!

I've been here several times and never issues, these last 2 times I ordered a very well well done taylor ham and cheese on a everything bagel 🥯 and I'm so angry that it wasn't well well done and hardly no everything on the bagel, I gave you another chance and repeated 2 to the gentleman and AGAIN here we go the same not well done sandwich.

I've been here several times and this will be my last, I ordered a very well well done Taylor ham and cheese and on a toasted everything bagel, I got it simply cooked and there was hardly anything on the everything bagel, why can't they understand what well well done is, so I'm done.

Good food but poor service. The lady who works as cashier seems unhappy and gives attitude every moment. It seems very annoying if customers want their bagels were sliced and toasted.Disappointing. I am not the only one feel the same way.

I've been a regular customer at this store, and their service has usually been good. However, today’s experience (November 2, 2024) was extremely disappointing, and I am very unhappy with the attitude of the female staff member. We had ordered a Too Good To Go package with a pickup time of 2:00-2:30. On our way, we realized we might be late, so we called at 2:32 to check if we could still pick it up, thinking that if not, we wouldn’t bother coming. **She chose not to answer our call** and ignored our attempt to confirm. We arrived around 2:40, and although the store was still open, she told us they were closed. When we explained that we’d called, she admitted she saw the call at 2:32 but deliberately chose not to answer. Then, with several bagel packages clearly prepared—seems including ours—she walked out and took them to her own car.
This experience left us extremely disappointed. **With such poor service and attitude, we will not be returning to this store again.**

I am completely amazed that this place can survive in a New Jersey town. The bagels are nothing like a real bagel. My guess is they aren’t boiled and they use steam injection. They are like what you can get at a supermarket or Dunkin’ Donuts. I got a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel and the bagel was circular shaped bread and the dough does not stand up to heavy everything seasoning At least they do have a griddle rather than a microwave for everything like Dunkin. If looking for a real bagel…look elsewhere. Maybe the coffee and pastries are good…I don’t know.
