Good food but poor service. The lady who works as cashier seems unhappy and gives attitude every moment. It seems very annoying if customers want their bagels were sliced and toasted.Disappointing. I am not the only one feel the same way.

I've been a regular customer at this store, and their service has usually been good. However, today’s experience (November 2, 2024) was extremely disappointing, and I am very unhappy with the attitude of the female staff member. We had ordered a Too Good To Go package with a pickup time of 2:00-2:30. On our way, we realized we might be late, so we called at 2:32 to check if we could still pick it up, thinking that if not, we wouldn’t bother coming. **She chose not to answer our call** and ignored our attempt to confirm. We arrived around 2:40, and although the store was still open, she told us they were closed. When we explained that we’d called, she admitted she saw the call at 2:32 but deliberately chose not to answer. Then, with several bagel packages clearly prepared—seems including ours—she walked out and took them to her own car.
This experience left us extremely disappointed. **With such poor service and attitude, we will not be returning to this store again.**

I am completely amazed that this place can survive in a New Jersey town. The bagels are nothing like a real bagel. My guess is they aren’t boiled and they use steam injection. They are like what you can get at a supermarket or Dunkin’ Donuts. I got a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel and the bagel was circular shaped bread and the dough does not stand up to heavy everything seasoning At least they do have a griddle rather than a microwave for everything like Dunkin. If looking for a real bagel…look elsewhere. Maybe the coffee and pastries are good…I don’t know.

Bagels are over priced, undercooked and unsalted dough. Just go to Dunkin next door and get a better chain bagel. Probably won't be ignored at the register either. Closer to a loaf of white bread than a bagel.

I ordered a pastrami sandwich on a sesame bagel. I was passing through and had a bit of time before venturing to work. Pleasant staff, decent bagel, and a pretty decent experience overall.

This is the best all around early-opening bagel and coffee store in Summit. They offer fresh squeezed orange juice (and lemonades) at a totally reasonable price. They make solid breakfasts and have a wide variety as early as 5:30am!. The staff works hard and they create a nice atmosphere for all types of customers. They just began offering espressos and lattes (I think). So far the flavor is very good but could be a bit stronger, maybe two shots. Overall you can get everything you want in the morning here for an affordable price and good quality without the attitude. You can't beat that.

This place is phenomenal, SALAH helped me out since it was my first time and the choices he gave me were SUPER DELICIOUS!
I had a pickup order at this establishment and unfortunately, I experienced some issues. Upon arrival, I was initially ignored by the young lady working. Despite waiting patiently, it was necessary for me to ask for assistance. She continued to ignore me even though my order was sitting on the counter. To my dismay, she prioritized helping other customers who arrived after me. Eventually, another gentleman was able to give me my order. While I understand that it can be busy, I found this to be a very unprofessional behavior on the part of the worker.

the food was fresh and super accommodating to me as a vegan. i love that they have the macros on the online menu. I picked up my bagel and they were so so so nice. i wish i got the names of the people who i spoke to. i cant get over the service. i will 100% be coming back. thank you!!!
