Christmas Eve lunch…. These bartenders/waitstaff made every single person feel at home. Holidays are tough lately, so to have a nice meal and a couple drinks with warm service was SO appreciated. Thank you ❤️

I had the most horrible meal at this place. I ordered the schnitzel with spaetzel meal. when I got my order and went to eat it, it was terrible. the schnitzel was over cooked and the edges were burt. the center was very dry. the spaetzel was also dry. to me it seamed like packaged food you buy in the supermarket . this meal should be made fresh. I spent two years in Germany so I know what it should taste like and look like. I will never come here again. this has nothing to do with the receptionist or waiter they were pleasant.

We came in and had a great waitress. When we spoke with her about our dietary needs she was very extremely helpful and understanding. I mentioned how one of our main reasons for coming here was for a vegetarian burger and of course it was removed from the menu. The waitress said I should write a review and share this fact as we were not the first customers to tell her about how much it made us sad that this item was removed from the menu.
Fast forward to the appetizers and she disappeared. No server to be in sight to ask for another drink. Finally after asking 2 separate bus boys, they sent another waitress over. It took 11 minutes (yes we timed it) in a half empty bar to get 2 draft beers. Multiple times we witnessed staff standing around, talking over the drink pass with drinks waiting to be taken to tables. Not once were we asked if the meal was satisfactory- only if we wanted a box for our over cooked burger and soggy shrimp po boy. The Brussels sprouts had a great flavor but were drenched in the sauce and super salty.
All in all, The Office has gone down hill sufficiently. As a local who has been a patron of The Office for years, this is very sad. Honestly - the only reason we could come back is for a beer at the bar. Nothing else to say besides how disappointed we are.

The Office offers very tasty bites, great drinks from a full service bar, and is one of the places open the latest in the Summit area. The atmosphere needs a bit of improvement to create a more cozy, inviting vibe, but it's still a fabulous local favorite where u can have fun with friends and family.
My bartender was Alondra and she was nothing but amazing!!!!! Will be coming back just for her 😘

Alandra is my girl! Get to know these people. They are the best! They have literally the best salads that I have ever eaten. This is an important note because salads are like $20 everywhere you go and you want to get your money’s worth. Drinks are the best and company is better.

It's typical tavern food. Steak sandwich is really a Cheesesteak with twice fried French fries. The chicken Tinga was flavorless. Five onion soup was exceptional. Flatbread pizza was ok. Their bathroom was one of the cleanest I've ever been to usually you'd have to go to a really high end place to experience such cleanliness! They really need to fix the door to the patio absolutely horrendous as it slammed incessantly! The servers did apologize and that was very much appreciated BUT MANAGEMENT FIX THAT DOOR!

I stop by The Office every week and the service has always been warm ranging from the hosts to all the waiters. Despite stopping by at a late time frequently, I have never been treated in a rude manner nor rushed. Their burgers are absolutely amazing and you must try their desserts! Sometimes I stop by just for the cookie skillet!
I wanted to give a shout out to Myles, my waiter for the night, who made my visit an incredible experience. He works Tuesdays and you should ask for him!! I will try to make a stop by then just to see him. Myles was attentive without being overbearing, friendly, genuine, and funny! I almost knocked over the whole table and he arrived just in time to prevent anything from falling off the table. I was embarrassed but he made it into a joke and I felt less mortified after. He was juggling multiple tables yet he made sure I had refills for my drinks. He also checked to make sure my to go order had the dressing on the side without me even asking. I can’t recommend him highly enough. He made a hard day a wonderful experience!
