We showed up and asked about happy hour. We were seated at a table in the bar area and the host who seated us said the bartender will let us know about happy hour.The bartender came and we asked about happy hour, and she said she’ll show us and walked away.We saw her speaking with another worker about our table, but 15 minutes passed and nobody ever came back. We even saw them serving tables that came after us, so we left.

This was my first visit to The Office. It was a chill Saturday afternoon, and there was only one server taking care of the room so service was a bit slow. The manager was making her rounds and checked on us a few times, which I appreciated. There isn't anything particularly special about this spot but it's a nice place to grab a drink and an appetizer. It doesn't shine amidst other Downtown Summit spots and I wouldn't go out of my way to return.

Our experience at the Office in Summit, NJ was amazing. We brought a group of special needs teenagers for an early dinner to work on ordering skills, paying and calculating a tip, etc. Our server, Alondra, was incredible. She was patient, positive, and kind. We have been to several reaturants recently and this was by far the best. The manager, Tommy, was equally accommodating. We will absolutely be back! Thanks to Alondra for a wonderful experience!

Been working in this town for a few weeks now and wanted to try this place out based on its nice looking style from the outside.I had the 14oz NY strip steak cooked medium and please leave off the mushrooms fries on the side. Steak came out closer to well done than medium and tough to chew. The steak didn’t really have any flavor even with the demi glaze sauce over it. Fries were cold.Our waiter was the bartender and had a decent amount of tables along with the bar, by the time he got over to ask about our meal it had been a while so I didn’t feel it was necessary to have him make the kitchen make me a new one but he did offer, service was good from him. Owner or manager walked by our table twice and made eye contact with the un eaten steak and me and still didn’t bother to ask any of us about our experience.For the price of the 140z NY strip steak is here, you should expect it to be cooked to the proper temperature. Unfortunately This visit was a let down we will probably try it again due to the excellent service from our waiter!
