We recently hosted a Harvard Club of New Jersey event at Piattino, and it could not have gone better. From the start, the team was incredibly accommodating and made the planning process seamless. The food was absolutely delicious, the service attentive and professional, and the atmosphere of the space created the perfect backdrop for our gathering.
A special thank-you to Nellie, who took such great care of us throughout the evening. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made the event feel effortless. Everyone who attended had a wonderful time, and we’re so grateful to the whole team at Piattino for helping us create such a memorable night. Highly recommend for both private events and an excellent dining experience.

I've been a regular at Piattino in Summit for years, ordering takeout quite often because their Italian dishes have generally been reliable and flavorful. However, my most recent experience with the Cavatelli with Broccoli Rabe and Sausage left me pretty disappointed. The sausage was overly chewy and had these crunchy, tough bits of cartilage that made it hard to enjoy—definitely not the quality I've come to expect from them. On top of that, there was barely any broccoli rabe in the dish, which threw off the balance and made it feel skimpy. It's a shame because we've loved their food in the past, but this time around, it just didn't measure up to their usual standards. Hoping it was a one-off fluke!

I don’t know how this restaurant has 450 reviews and Fiorino’s have 460! This restaurant is nothing compared to Fioriono’s, not even close to quality and everything ! Worst food quality and choices ever! Don’t waste your money dining here!

I went with my family for Mother's Day. My children were delighted with the food. The red sangria was spectacular, and dessert was delicious. The atmosphere was cozy, and everything was impeccable. I will definitely recommend this place 100%.

Came here for my girlfriend’s birthday and was very pleased from the second I walked in. Todd who ended up taking care of us tonight, held the door open for us when we came in and was a pleasure. Sorry for that mix up at the end, that was embarrassing. Definitely recommend coming here for a nice dinner especially that Chocolate Crunch Bar for dessert!

Went on Valentine's Day, service felt very rushed (even though the place was half full). We were given dirty plates for our bread, waitress seemed annoyed when we pointed that out, she clearly didn't want to be working that night (bad attitude, rushing, annoyed that we wanted to order drinks with dinner). Just a pretty sad place to visit for a couple on Valentines day. Besides all of that the food and drinks were good, just a pretty bad experience.
Came for a birthday dinner this weekend and had an excellent time! Great food, even better service, and the manager Steph was top notch!! Highly recommend!!!
