I've been a regular at Piattino in Summit for years, ordering takeout quite often because their Italian dishes have generally been reliable and flavorful. However, my most recent experience with the Cavatelli with Broccoli Rabe and Sausage left me pretty disappointed. The sausage was overly chewy and had these crunchy, tough bits of cartilage that made it hard to enjoy—definitely not the quality I've come to expect from them. We did not expect much when we arrive. However, we were amazingly surprised at how fresh and superb the rotini pizza was will always come back here. It’s our first choice in Summit
