It took 6 follow up and 1 hour to serve our meal?

Randazzo has permanently closed. It was a great place and had many great meals there. Joe and his family always took great care of the customers. Thanks for the 17 years of great meals.

This fall (2019) after owning and operating since 1986 the family closed the restaurant permanently. They retired. In the same location a new restaurant called Serra which offers Portuguese fare has opened. I have not visited it yet. It seems to be doing well.

I'm not at all surprised that this place has recently shuttered permanently. My husband and I had dinner here just a short while before they closed for good. What a disappointing experience. The food was mediocre and by the time it got to our table it was luke warm. The service was terrible. More than half an hour before they were scheduled to close for the evening, they started moving tables and chairs around, so they could start cleaning the floors. They literally boxed us in with furniture and we couldn't get up to leave after we paid the check. We were not the only ones that had to wait for things to be moved back out of the way. If you don't treat your customers attentively and respectfully, don't expect them to return. Hopefully, the owners learned this lesson for their next endeavor.

Sadly, Randazzo permanently closed a couple of weeks ago. I am distraught.

THE FOOD IS UNBELIEVABLY GOOD. Honestly, some of the best veal and linguini I've had in town. And the owner Joe and his son Tony are respectful and a class act. Will most definitely come back here many times

A family place. Food is always good and constant. Joe and Nancy do a great job keeping up with the place.

I've been going here for upwards of 9 years and I still love it. I have never had a single complaint.

And immensely popular little restaurant that has stunningly mediocre food.

So disappointing. Ordered a large pie and grandma from doordash. Could see the pizza came straight from the restaurant to us because of being able to watch the delivery man tracker on the app, and both pies were barely warm and tasted like they'd been sitting out all day and reheated. And for reference we only live 5 minutes away. When I called and very politely explained to the gentleman who answered the phone he said it was impossible and that they're made fresh and taken directly door to door. That's terrible customer service and rubbery pizza. The cheese on the grandma isn't even melted. With so many other pizza places to get delivery from, I'd go with any of them over here. They clearly don't care about their customers. Thought we'd give them a try, won't make that mistake again.

Love to place so much! We look forward to our Thanksgiving Eve dinner there every year!
