Thank you to my local Starbucks baristas for making fabulous drinks everyday. No matter the day and time, the baristas here always have a smile on their face while serving. My morning commute wouldn’t be as great without my amazing coffee.
It does get extremely busy during peak hours, please do understand the picture from their perspective as I’ve witnessed customers getting upset on the smallest things. #ilovesummitstarbucks

I am at Starbucks at 462 7th Ave. and it’s the only one I really enjoy coming to New York. I’ve come here for years and even though it’s a very simple Starbucks, I have only had the pleasure of being greeted by such a wonderful staff always smiling. It may not really be a five stars and everything but I don’t care. They make the experience worth it and the coffee is always hot and good.

Long wait literally every day even when I order on the app. Staff needs to be trained better.

I love coming to this Starbucks to get some work done, but lately the music has been so loud it feels more like a concert than a coffee shop.

We were gonna order from here and try to do it smoothly by ordering on the app, the lady in the cashier just told us already that it's gonna be long because they are short staff and rolled her eyes! I immediately canceled our order! Very disappointed! Not welcoming at all!

Music was way to loud. Was there mid afternoon to do work. Said to the staff a couple times that it was really to loud to focus. Said they'd lower it and it honestly got louder. Not a good place to focus on work.

This is the best Starbucks I’ve been to. All the baristas are eager to help and always greet you with a smile. They’re very capable and churn out drinks quickly and no matter how busy it gets, the line moves because of the team and their hard work. I get the Dragonfruit Mango Lemonade every time I stop by and it’s always perfectly made—not too sweet and refreshing for hot days! I’m worried I’ll be diabetic at this point by how often I get this drink during the week. The baristas actively keep the store clean which I appreciate because I like to do schoolwork at their tables. I choose to come here instead of local shops because of how friendly and kind the whole team is here. I’m still learning names, but Samad and Karen (the WHOLE team!!) are welcoming and go above and beyond to make my experience great, which it always is. I’m so thankful to find a place where I feel welcome and comfortable enough to write—if I ever publish a book, I know what place I’m naming in the acknowledgments as my work space!

The employees in this Starbucks have amazing energy and are so kind. They make your drink taste delicious and in a short amount of time which is great for when you are in a rush. This is my favorite Starbucks.

🪳have been seen inside more than once..big ones too!
Your iced coffees will be 75% ice and filled 3/4 of the way up. To put down a half empty cup in the pick up area is a smooth brain move. At least TRY to make it look full by adding more milk or something. Let’s all just do better. Whether it’s at Starbucks or quitting to do something you really want to do! Either way, half assing your job is frustrating for the people paying for the products. I’m sure the team has been on the receiving end of bad service too but it must be ok when it’s them dishing it out.

The drinks were great, but I was shocked by what was written on the cups. A 10-year-old ended up reading it, which was completely inappropriate.

It’s upsetting that a barista would use profanity in this way. I hope this is addressed with management, and that something can be done to make up for the discomfort this caused. This experience shook my trust in Starbucks and I hope you can consider a meaningful gesture in response.

I got a large iced coffee. I was drinking it, brought it home. As soon as I got it into full sunlight, I saw something which I figured to be coffee grinds on the bottom- no biggie. I looked closer and its a huge fly. I used to work for Starbucks (not this one) so I understand when it's busy sometimes details are missed but this one doesnt make sense to me.
