This is definitely one of the more unusual Starbucks experiences I’ve had. The team working here seemed stressed and unhappy, which created a tense atmosphere. The space could use some upkeep—tables were covered in crumbs, and the coffee station was messy with spilled milk and used napkins everywhere. The music was crazy loud, making it hard to even have a conversation. I’m not sure what’s going on with this location, but it doesn’t feel on brand at all.

Poor service, drinks badly made and a general feeling that staff can’t be bothered. This is the 3rd time I’ve experienced this, so not just an isolated event.

The bathrooms should be open to ALL customers until you are closed… Kind of weird that a place that serves food and drinks would close their bathrooms an hour prior to closing. Horrible experience and lazy employees.
I will not be returning. The baristas don’t know how to make drinks what so ever and some of them seem like they’re lacking diversity training and don’t want to serve POC! Very distasteful. The DM should be alerted
Came in while it was very busy this morning and the cashier Bernard was very patient with my daughter ordering. Love coming here :)

The place is untidy very slow service the staff not friendly very poor service.
Visited this location today and I was truly impressed with the service and the wonderful staff. I met Pam and Alex and they explained the kids rush and offered apologies for the long wait. Looking for to visiting again and hope they are there.

Horrible experience with cashier. So rude and inpatient and its not even busy. Extremely rude. Starbucks should be ashamed of this store. The lady who made my drink was super nice but cashier horrible. Never will come back.
Beyond disappointed in my experience today. I’m a very bubbly person, and me smiling and being nice apparently did NOTHING for these workers who treated me like garbage today. Not only did the cashier SLAM the scanner on the counter for my friend to pay with a gift card, but he had the absolute worst attitude. I get that things get busy, but a smile cost nothing and from the get go he was pissed off and wasn’t hiding it. THEN came the drinks, which were delicious I must say. But I ordered a large apple crisp chai and my friend ordered a small apple crisp macchiato. When our order came out, 2 small macchiatos arrived. We checked the order, it was for the right name and I brought it to the attention of the rude cashier who took our order. I honestly don’t think I could have been more nice. He scoffed at me, and said “you said a small” . I said no, you asked me what size and I said large, plus, this is the wrong drink. I ordered a chai and this is a macchiato. He then said to me that I needed to tell the women next to him what my order should be so she can make it. Ok. So I did. Again, VERY NICELY I told her what drink I wanted. This woman cut me off, and started going into a tirade about how they’re short staffed and very busy. I said “woah, I’m not mad. But I’d like the correct drink please” I worked in service for many years, I’m always very respectful to others, especially when it’s busy. She then kept lecturing and freaking out at me that they’re short staffed and that’s why the drink is wrong- untrue but whatever. So then finally my correct drink comes out, and I told her to have a better day because at this point I was so mad (takes a lot for me to get fuming) and she said “I WILL BECAUSE IM LEAVING”. I was shocked and appalled with the behavior and how I was treated. I turned to my friend and said “what the heck did I do, was I mean to her??” Which of course, I was not… I didn’t catch names, but they were the staff working at 12:45/1pm. White male cashier with dark hair and scruff along with a black woman with very short hair and glasses. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this location. Manager, you should talk with these employees because their behavior was disgusting.

Dirty, dirty, dirty! Today there were 5 staff behind the counter. 4 at the registers talking with no customers in line and 1 guy making beverages. This was my 3rd time in 1 wk. Tables always dirty as well as floors, counters, garbage overflowing and outside tables dirty too. The employees obviously have zero care about the cleanliness of their surroundings.

Ordered online and beverage was prepared well and was ready when I arrived. My food item was not ready, and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. The staff were pleasant but obviously overwhelmed with both in store service and Uber/online orders.

Worst coffee
We were told this location does not hire white people. What is going on, if you’re not Latino don’t think about getting a job here. I’ve called Starbucks and was told the district manager would call me, two weeks later still no call.
