This is the amount of product I received for my venti. Every time I go to this location they purposely don’t fill the cup. The barista doesn’t fill açaí or lemonade to the appropriate line in shaker. I’ve never been to a more unfriendly or less accommodating Starbucks location.

My second time here to order the same large latte . For some reason the coffee was much less for the whole cup , it is about only 65% full of the cup. I paid for $6 for almost only half full of coffee , not okay to me . When I came to first time ,it is about 85% fill upy cup which is okay , but this time , I am not happy about it at all. Maybe is because a new staff there (guy) made it ...? Also two weeks ago when I first time came here ,my order of drink were $5.86, and today I ordered the exact same drink but it was $6.02 with much less filling of the cup ? What is up for that ? However the quality need to be watch over from the staff who make the drink and charge at the cashier, because it made me not wanted to come back again.PS: toilet are really disgusting!

Please, either hire more people or discontinue the order ahead feature on the app. I always leave 20-25 minutes between when I order and when I need to get on a train and I still still have to wait for my coffee when I arrive. Frequently I just leave without it because I have a train to catch. I’m sure this is frustrating for everyone involved. Either find ways to be more efficient or stop over-promising.

Overall Mason gave me the best customer service! She was understandable and re made my boyfriends drink. Such a lovely girl. Besides that the one black girl has a terrible attitude. If in Summit Starbucks have Mason make your drink.
