Went in today to order bagels. The owner was hovering very closely over the worker collecting the bagels, she then dropped one everything bagel on the floor (the owners fault for pressuring her). She then apologized and grabbed another bagel. The owner then picked the bagel up off the floor and threw it back with the rest of the bagels. Absolutely disgusting, go get your bagels somewhere else

Unless you are about to starve to death, go elsewhere. I’ve never actually thrown an entire bagel away until today. Took one bite. Literally inedible. My wife said hers tasted like mild. We threw them away and went somewhere else.

I go here once a month or so when my morning errands bring me close..and Jesus Christ I think they get my order wrong more than they do right. No matter what cream cheese you ask for, you get plain. It’s actually wild and I am laughing at myself for ever going back thinking “oh maybe this time they’ll get it right”.
Service sucks. Coffee is average. Better bagel places exist 2 miles away in two different directions

Got a bacon, egg, and cheese. Bagel it wasn’t toasted and something about the bagel tasted very off. Like the egg has gone bad or the cooking surface was cleaned with dirty water. I couldn’t finish my food.I love supporting small businesses, this isn’t my usual place but I decided to go in since I was driving by. Unfortunately this is my second bad experience, the first was a chicken wrap with very dry chicken that was absolutely covered in oil. Sorry for the bad review guys but your food is expensive and its quality has been declining.

You need a second job to eat here. $11.25 for a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Mind you its not like the sandwich is loaded. 1 egg, 1 slice of cheese, 2 slices bacon on a hard roll. Will be my last time giving business to these rip offs!

I haven't been in ages but stopped in today for an egg bagel with scallion cream cheese. It took several minutes for 3 workers to even notice I'd arrived, the bagel was not toasted, there may have been 2 teaspoons total cream cheese on the thing and oddly it tasted old and almost fishy. I will NOT be returning.
