Summit House Restaurant + Bar

Great ambiance. Good service. Ridiculously expensive for the servings sizes and underwhelming flavors. Order a black sea-bass crudo that consisted of four tiny sashimi size slices for $24, completely flavorless. Mushroom pasta had good flavor, but laughably small for $34. It was barely appetizer size although it’s supposed to be a main dish. Cocktails were extremely sweet and low on alcohol. I’ve given this place a few tries, and was hoping for a better experience. It was actually very disappointing. Wouldn’t come back.

The food and cocktails here are amazing. Chef AJ really does such a great job. The fish, pastas and meats are always delicious. Get there early, grab a drink at the bar, then sit down for dinner and enjoy!

We were part of a large group which had a table close to the kitchen. Shocked with the working and hygiene conditions. Chef team with baseballs caps, touching the food with their hands (in our case scallops),their cell phones and then food again on a continued basis. Their personnel without any chef cap. Amazing it is considered upscale restaurant. Third word.

We held a bridal shower this past weekend at Summit House in the Kitchen and private dining areas. The event coordinator, Coeli, was very helpful and responsive in the weeks leading up to the event, and provided great day-of support. Greg, Henry, and the kitchen staff ensured great service to our guests. I high reccommend Summit House for small private dining events!

From the minute, I walked in-was treated exceptionally well. I came in all the way from NYC to eat here and it didn't disappoint. Food was out of this world and the Love Island drink was one of the best I've ever had. Thank you so much for making an incredible night for me and my friend. Summit House consistently delivers. Stopped in today for lunch after the farmers’ market and sat ar the bar. We were well taken care of by Bill and Meg, two of the best bartenders you’ll ever encounter. Meg personally makes the matcha foam for the matchakaze - an intricate process. The drink is fabulous. The food was excellent, as it always is.

I come here frequently typically once a week and love everything food, drinks and service. Meg helped me expand my drink taste and I love the newest cocktail called matcha zake.

The menu changes and this time we came in the menu was very different. Small portions, a lot more expensive and not a lot of vegan or vegetarian options. The kids menu was bigger than the adult portions. I really like this restaurant but after this change we do not know when we will be coming back. Maybe wait until the winter menu comes in.
