Summit House Restaurant + Bar

I hosted an engagement brunch for my son and his fiancee at The Summit House yesterday. Victoria and the team were a well oiled machine! Extremely professional and warm at the same time. Everyone raved about their plates and we had a wide variety of choices. The shrimp cocktail app’s were huge and perfectly cooked. Pancakes were a big hit as well as the steak frites. Perfectly cooked. We were a large party in the front room bar and it was just the right size to keep it intimate. If you are in the area, add that as a culinary stop. Thak you to all!

We discovered Summit House Restaurant + Bar while looking for a quick place to stop and eat—and it turned out to be an excellent find. From the moment you walk in, the fun, energetic vibe and the beautifully designed, expansive bar set the tone for a great experience.

The food truly impressed us. The pork chops were outstanding, the burrata was fresh and perfectly balanced, and the butters served with bread were absolutely delicious. We also tried the scallops and the roasted Irish salmon—both were cooked beautifully and full of flavor. The roasted potatoes made a perfect side and complemented the dishes really well.

The drinks were expertly crafted and beautifully presented. The espresso martini, in particular, was a standout.

We ended the meal on a high note with desserts—apple crostada, ice cream, and pavlova—all of which were excellent and a perfect finish to the evening.

Service was attentive and welcoming, and the entire experience felt thoughtfully curated. This place truly delivers on taste, presentation, and atmosphere. Definitely a spot worth revisiting and recommending.

GREAT PLACE NICE ATMOSPHERE BUT I WAS NOT THERE FOR DINNER I WAS THERE FOR A COMMERCIAL EVENT WITH SNACKS APPETIZERS AND A GOURMET CHEESE AND MEAT BOARD. IT WAS OUTSTANDING I WOULD GO BACK THERE FOR DINNER OR ANOTHER EVENT.

The entrees were spectacular in variety and quality and the cocktails were original and delicious, worth the price tag. It was very busy on a weekend night - and still the service was attentive and friendly. Great decor and atmosphere. Highly recommend.

They sneak in a 3% credit card surcharge without telling you! Thats certainly not expected of a high end restaurant

Really lovely dinner at Summit House on Saturday night. Bar was lively but the dining room area was perfect for carrying on a conversation. Our waitress was efficient and knowledgeable. NY Strip steak was cooked perfectly. French fries crispy and a big bowl of them! Enough for 4! Wine selection was excellent. A really great dinner!

Always a perfect experience! The food is great! I am celiac and their waitstaff is VERY well trained on allergies and cross contamination. The service was impeccable and everything was delicious!

One positive: Waitress was great
Rest negative: service was very slow even though the place was not very full, extreme shrinkflation - very small portions with ridiculous prices (app sized pasta for $34, bread board with three teaspoons of butter and three slivers of focaccia for $16), scallops very salty, kids cheeseburger burnt, and they sneak in a 3% credit card surcharge without telling you! Definitely will not be going back.

The food was abysmal! I would only order the side of stacked potatoes if I go there again which I wont!
