We were seated outside and were completely ignored. I asked the hostess if someone was coming out to take our order and she said yes. After 20 minutes we got up and left. 20 minutes is too long to let customers sit without even taking a drink order. It’s a shame because I’ve eaten here before and I know the food is great. Had a delicious lunch at the Peppercorn, where our orders were taken immediately.

I didn't take any pictures. All I stopped in for was scrambled eggs and some bacon well done. I practically had the entire restaurant to myself since it was the first day back to school for most kids. The waitress was extremely friendly and had a wonderful smile. They also cooked my bacon perfectly. I also enjoy their iced coffee because they put it in a mason jar and it is very smooth and tasty. I have eaten here before and their burgers are out of this world as well. The waitress, as I said was so polite. She saw that I was on a phone call almost the entire time I was eating and yet she still stopped by and gave a thumbs up just to make sure I had what I needed. I gave her a 50% tip and she deserved every cent!

Committed pig in Summit has a good atmosphere and wait staff. The only thing I would recommend is the fruit. The water is no good it tasted like tap water. The general pancakes were very mediocre. The has-browns were to burnt and oily. The red velvet pancakes were plain and tasted like bacon, it had no flavor to it. Overall the staff is really good and welcoming but the food is just not the best.
