ZRolls Ice Cream - Summit

This place is so fun and relaxing. All the food tastes great. It was packed full of people and the worker was doing his best to keep the line moving. Also there are so many options with 10 base flavors 23 mix ins and 40 toppings plus 16 regular ice cream flavors and 30 drinks with 7 types of boba tea. They also have 12 recommendations if you cannot pick. [Written by my 10 year old]

It’s a fun place to treat a kid. You can watch them make the ice cream rolls in front of you. My kid always wants a treat there when we are around.
I guess it will take long if there are several people ahead of you.

I got a parking ticket during my visit in Summit! It seems non residents are only allowed 1 1/2 hours of parking in Summit. I think I’ll spend my money in another state!

My recent visit to Z Rolls Ice Cream Shop left me utterly disappointed. Despite the enticing promise of delicious ice cream, my experience was marred by an excruciating 45-minute wait for a simple order. As if that weren't frustrating enough, when I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund, the staff's response was shockingly dismissive. Instead of acknowledging their failure to meet reasonable service expectations, they offered a paltry $5 refund for a $30 order.Not only was the wait time excessive, but the lack of accountability and inadequate compensation for such poor service reflects poorly on the establishment's commitment to customer satisfaction. It's disheartening to see a business prioritize profit over providing a positive experience for its patrons.I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before patronizing Z Rolls Ice Cream Shop. With subpar service and a disregard for customer concerns, there are plenty of other establishments deserving of your time and money.
