The ice cream here is excellent! The boba however needs some improvement. I’ve had it a few times months apart thinking it would be different, but unfortunately that hasn’t been the case. The tapioca isn’t soft enough meaning it’s not chewy throughout, so it has a bit of a bite to it. Also, the boba is always mostly ice.

Stopped by ZRolls Ice Cream in downtown Summit on a sunny Saturday afternoon—perfect timing for a cool treat after strolling Springfield Avenue. Tucked at 452 Springfield Ave., the shop has a vibrant, modern vibe with colorful signage and a window where you can watch the magic happen. It's a fun spot for families or anyone craving something Instagram-worthy, and the outdoor seating is a nice touch on good days.

If you're looking for some good rolled ice cream in the area, then this is a really solid option. You can do tons of customization with your ice cream. The atmosphere inside the ice cream shop was bright, clean, and welcoming. The good thing is that there's a parking lot just across the street if you can't find parking on the main.
