Surf City Dog House Reviews
The owner is a terrible person. He makes fun of those with developmental disabilities and mocks people he doesn't agree with. He's a bigot and a racist and will never get a dime from me. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from this place. How unfortunate.

Surf City Dog House offers a unique, yummy hotdogs experience with a Hawaiian style. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, greeting customers promptly and showing honesty, like when a clerk corrected an overcharge. The colorful fun atmosphere is delightful, and the restaurant is extra dog friendly. The Hawaiian Hotdog and High Tide Dog are mentioned, along with the Beach Dog, which was delectable. Ingredients are delicious and fresh, not too salty, and the pineapple garlic sauce is the bomb. Food is better than average with good portion size, and buying the combos saves money. Some reviews note a preference for a regular hot dog roll to better taste condiments, as the current roll hides them at the bottom. The location is easy walking distance to the beach, with benches out front for seating, though some suggest adding picnic tables for families. Overall, it is a wonderful addition to the community and a great unique hot dog experience.
