“Cow Patty’s in Vernon, NJ is an absolute hidden gem! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. I’ve been to plenty of burger spots, but this place really stands out.
The burgers are hands-down amazing. I love that they offer Certified Angus Flame Grilled Burgers, and the “Build a Burger” option is perfect for customizing exactly how you like it. The toppings and sauces are fresh and flavorful—chipotle mayo, hickory BBQ, and mango habanero are just a few of my favorites.
Their signature burgers are just as incredible. The Pineapple Jalapeño Burger is the perfect mix of sweet and spicy, and the BBQ Bacon Cheddar Burger is loaded with flavor and the perfect comfort food. The sides are great too—I highly recommend the sweet potato fries and fried pickles.
The location is clean and modern, making it a great spot to grab a casual meal or just hang out with friends. The food always comes out hot and fresh, and the portions are generous.
I’ve been coming here for a while now, and it never disappoints. If you’re in Vernon or just passing through, Cow Patty’s is a must-visit for anyone who loves high-quality, delicious burgers. I’ll definitely be back again and again!“

“Absolutely best food around and the service from the bartenders to servers and of course to Mr. Shane… my wife loves there little neck clams … today we had there special of braised short ribs and the killer meatloaf … if you haven’t been there definitely you are missing out … Great drinks as well and super great service…“

“Haven't been there in years. Went back to try something new. Happily surprised. Went on Friday. Brought the whole family back on Sunday. The service is excellent and very personable. Met the owner. Very nice couple. You don't feel rushed. The food is very good. Large portions so be hungry when you go. Great value. I also enjoyed the music. I just missed the piano player because I had to leave but I'll be back.“

“Oh my we just left the old stone and all my husband and I can say is AMAZING!!! They have the BEST pancakes!! They’re huge, fluffy, airy, so light and delicious!! One of the best cups of coffees we had and the service was superb!! We have a new breakfast place and we can’t wait to come back!!! Give them a try you won’t be disappointed!!!!“
