I have been going there when it was 4 chicks and it changed hands a few times.The food is excellent and has improved over the 4 chicks. The additions of the bowls and other dishes are excellent.The only annoyance is the jerk chicken empanadas has never been as good as when the 4 chicks were running the place. I am Cuban and the food at Paco’s reminded me of dishes my mother and grandmother would cook for me as a child. So authentic and delicious! The empanadas were also great and I definitely will be back!
