Very disappointed to learn that they charge 4% when using a debit card, and I did not see not one sign that informs the customer, and if it was a sign then it’s not visible enough. Unfortunately while I’m home for the summer this will not be my 1st option for breakfast and/or lunch. Furthermore I think it’s ridiculous to charge customers extra for using a debit card for patronizing your business!!! What a way to say thank you! The service and food is fine.
What happened to the cream cheese? I asked for my cream cheese to be thicker. The owner comes out and says so you want extra? Actually no. I want it like it always was. Prior to the new owners I had to literally take off some cream cheese. Now I got charged an extra dollar. Got a chicken salad sandwich on a round roll. There was more roll and no chicken salad. Been in Franklin 18 years. Loved the original owners. Now I will go to firehouse bagels. A little further for better service,...read full review

I've been here a few times for breakfast sandwiches and bagels. I've ordered ahead and I've ordered on the spot and it's always been a good experience. Decent sized BEC sandwich, really good bagels, everyone was nice...glad I finally decided to try this place out! Will continue to go back, I'm ready to try some lunch stuff now :-)
