Forgot my drink on Uber Eats pickup

I just visited this location and placed my order. When I went to pay my card was declined. I tried again with different cards and even manually entered my card after showing the woman at the register my account with the money required.

I then asked if I had to go use an ATM, to which the woman responded “you have to pay”. So I asked again, “Do I need to use an ATM?”. She again chose not to respond and explain that the table of guest were slowing their system but still offered no solution and still wouldn’t respond to my question.

I was getting upset so I chose to leave. Shortly after I returned to ask the woman’s name and inform them I would be complaining. At this time the owner approached me and asked me what the problem was. I informed him that his employee was being rude. He snickered in my face and told me I was wrong and told me “she’s NOT rude” again while smiling in my face.

They were both extremely rude and disrespectful. I did inform the owner that I’d be leaving a bad review and his only response was to say “Please don’t leave a bad review on my business”

I would have loved to pay for my order and enjoy it, but because we couldn’t navigate a simple conversation, now I’ve been disappointed and disrespected.

I absolutely LOVE Juice Pod in Swedesboro. We order from here all the time at my job, and I love to grab smoothies when I’m on the go! I have never been a big fan of smoothies, but I think that I just needed to try these! The Popstar smoothie, for one, has totally changed how I feel about smoothies. It’s delicious (and pretty!). They even put a little Halloween ghost on my smoothie, and I feel like that is a testament to the eye for detail! There is a clear effort to make the customers happy. And their paninis? Perfect. The chicken pesto and barbecue chicken paninis are so great for a quick lunch! I always know that I can trust the quality when I’m ordering from Juice Pod. It’s the best!!

Been coming here for years, love their Açaí Bowls, probably the best in the area for sure, what surprises me is how many options they have, paninis, toast, and poke bowls. You can’t go wrong going through their doors
