I love all of their fresh, homemade pastries.
Mostly a pickup service. There's only one table to sit.

I'm a big fan of juicy baklava, so this baklava was right up my alley - among the best I've ever had. The spanakopita is excellent as well. The storefront may be unassuming, but it is the character of the people and the quality of the food that matters most. They don't take credit cards, but luckily these goodies are reasonably priced. I can't wait to go back.

My parents have been buying baked goodies here for a while and we love it. The quality, the staff is always kind and we truly recommend coming if you’re in the area.
A quick stop to bring for a dessert.
Very very good and very very clean
Nice Greek spinach pastries and other delicacies.

What an amazing place! Friendly and nice location. Their cookies and Spanakopita are fresh and taste straight out of the oven. Soft, fresh and full of flavor! After becoming extremely sick and hospitalized early this year from visiting Zai’s Dessertery in Bergenfield and forcing myself to eat disgusting, stone hard, and sugar packed desserts, due to not being able to get my money back from the cashier, Athens Bakery has been a great find for sure. Thank you Athens Bakery for being great to your customers!
Best bakery ever. Owner went out of his way to have cheesecakes ready for me when I arrived. I drove from Hamilton,N.J. (about 65 miles) just to have his baked goods.
Amazing pastries, delicious food. The owners provide generous portions and make sure you're happy. Highly recommend.
I love Athens Bakery! They're one of the last remaining old school bakeries with no frills, homemade goods and some delicious authentic Greek spinach pastries and other delicacies.I was looking for a cake for my father in February and was driving down cedar lane and found Athens. There was an older gentleman who owned the shop who is always inviting and very friendly who prepared a tremendous chocolate mousse cake. Their cheese cakes are phenomenal as well. I don't know how it's made but it's a favorite of my mother's and she cant consume dairy all too often but this gave her no issues at all.A lovely lovely shop. They don't make them like this anymore and it brings me back to the times when I was a boy. Many thanks everyone and cheers to you on continued success.
If you are in the neighborhood of Teaneck and craving for Spanakopita ( Greek pie made of crispy dough, spinach and cheese) look for Athens bakery in Cedar lane, I’m sure you’ll love it. They have freshly bake cookies too.
