This place has gone so downhill, staff is clearly lazy in the kitchen. I’m officially done coming here, every single time I get food from here it’s UNDERCOOKED. Bacon looks like it was on the grill for 10 seconds to cook. Pancakes are horrible, they’re raw in certain parts and not fully cooked. I’m not even sure how they’re cooking the food at this point. How does this even look appetizing?! Serving undercooked food shows a lack of care in the kitchen and must be rushing to make the food. Gross & unacceptable.

Bagels were served quick and were fresh. Tried: - Lox Salmon - was good, but expensive - French toast bagel - not as appetizing as it sounds. ok to try once.
Will return for just their bagels and spreads, which were reasonably priced.

Was charged $30 for two bacon egg and cheese and a couple of drinks. I’m a Teaneck resident and have supported this business for a very long time but this is ridiculous and so hot in there. Had a bad dine in experience.

Ugh..I haven't been here in so long cause they ALWAYS get the order wrong..whether it's 1 item or 4 items. I love their food, but it's very frustrating to get home, sit relax and ready to eat and find that they screwed up AGAIN!! It's not a complicated order. All I wanted was a cinnamon raisin bagel with scallion cream cheese. BTW, has an up charge of $1.00. The counter girl repeated the order to me when I picked up at the counter....so, the order was correct on paper as usual. But I got a cinnamon raisin bagel with PLAIN CREAM CHEESE. LOL...this is why people will stop coming. Not cause you're expensive, not cause you're not friendly; it's cause your cook/kitchen employee's lack of not understanding or illiteracy on fulfilling the order/orders correctly. Also, it wasn't a spoon of cream cheese, it was a very thin spead...not usually like this; but I guess they're starting to micromanage. SAD. Unfortunately, it's not allowing me to attach photo.

My husband bought large container of sun dried tomato cream cheese yesterday I tried to spread on bagel it seemed kind of lumpy and hard so I tried to mix it and found mold in it. Very upsetting can’t imagine how old that cream cheese was to grow mold and considering how expensive a large container is this should not have been sold to customers
I had a terrible experience. It should not take more than 10 minutes to get a buttered bagel in a store with one other customer in the store. (Not busy) . I finally asked where my order was and was rudely snapped at by the older woman behind the counter. I finally walked out and will not return. Good food, very bad front end

I love this place for breakfast. They are so sweet. Only “downside” is that they take cash only so come prepared. They do have an atm in case you need to take out some cash. But overall fantastic place.
