Have not been here in years. They really have grown the place and all nice equipment. When they started the place was hooptie so I am glad for this. The bagels are good. The sandwich could use a bunch more bacon if you get a bacon egg and cheese. What is ridiculous there is a sign hanging that says 25 cents to toast a bagel. Guy in-front of me was pissed and asked me. I said ya know what I HATE when places nickel and dime me. I said that’s ridiculous for sure. Like who ever heard of such a thing. I will return to my Three star Bagels on Cedar lane in town. They know how to make a solid sandwich with a good amount of meat. Check them out and don’t ever pay to have a bagel toasted, that’s just ripping us off!!!!!

Asked for a bagel with half blueberry cream cheese and half strawberry cream cheese. I was told only one flavor on a bagel. So I left. It's not that hard of an order and the store wasn't busy.

First of all they only pick up the phone when they feel like it. I called 3x and nothing. I told the cashier and she goes “yea idk”… second of all they are cash only because they are crooks and underpay taxes…. Their prices are on the expensive end but so is everything else is bergen county. So what I’m trying to say is if you want to support a bunch of incompetent thieves go right ahead

I was so hungry , I was forced to use their ATM which resulted in a $5 extra charge. $3 from my bank, $2 from their ATm.
When asked why , they said they didn't want to pay the hidden fees, and didn't want to charge the extra cents to customers to cover those fees.
So you'd rather passing by customers either leave and find another place because they don't have cash immediately on hand, or travel to a nearby ATM wasting gas and paying fees instead of charge and extra 50cents or even $1 extra? The food was priced cheap enough. I don't see any issues raising it or charging an extra fee for using debit cards.
Charge an extra fee for card. Explain it to people instead of explaining that they have to pay exorbitant fees at your ATM for a $8 order

Love this place, cash ONLY, but the prices are very reasonable and food is always perfect.
Worst attitude when it came to Service I asked for everything bagel toasted with scallion cream cheese, and I got instead cinnamon bagels it wasn’t toasted with plain cream cheese and when I went back to the store to ask for my order because I think they gave me somebody else’s. The guy started yelling and screaming at me. As if it was my fault to begin with, and when he was returning my money, he was giving me less than what I paid him initially so they overcharged as well. Never experienced anything like it. Totally uncalled for. I never posted about any restaurant previously this is the first time I’m posting because I just had to.
