I was totally humiliated by the blimpie employee and her friend today 10-23-2025 around 530pm. Im a truck driver, so I stopped here today for lunch. I always wash my hands before I eat. So I walked in to use the restroom. And the employee yelled at me saying it's for customers only. I said ok and continued to the restroom. Thinking she understood that I understood what she said. Then her friend who was sitting, yelled at me as well and said I better not go back there or I'm calling the police. I was in shock. There was also another female customer there. I was so embarressed. Threatening to call cops on someone who's been in the store about 10 seconds. The bathroom door was locked so I asked the lady employee for the key. She said again it's for customers. I said Miss, I am a customer but I will like to use the restroom 1st. Her and her friends continued to gang up on me. Im just thinking what the heck is going on here. This was a total over reaction by both of them. They never even asked me am I buying something. I dont know if they thought inwas homeless or something because I'm in my work boots and clothes. But I felt so embarrassed and humiliated. All because I wanted a blimpie sandwich and to use a restroom. Never have I been treated like this. Horrible customer service. I live in the area, I frequently shop at blimpie. But never again. Why do I have to pay 1st before I use the restroom. Good customer service Will let people use the restroom, they can be a customer today or another day. The store is part of the community. Let people use the restroom so you can invite more traffic in your store which equals more people who will eventually spend more money in your store. But no, yall rather harass and turn customers away. Becuase blimpie is grading the bathroom like a prison warden. Its not that serious miss piggy. They should be ashamed of themselves as well for over reacting like that. Ofcourse I didnt want to eat there any more. So I ended up spending my good money next door at the Jamaican restaurant. And anybody reading this I suggest u do the same. They have no manners or respect for customers at blimpie. They just lost a lifetime customer all over a dumb mis understanding smh

I am a business owner, and I will never allow one of my employees to talk to any customers as rude as they do in Blimpie in Teaneck NJ over the phone. This is the second time I call to place an order as I am always on the go and both times I was told they donât take orders over the phone because âshe has 2 customers insideâ but I was parked right outside the door both times and no one was inside. First time I didnât think nothing to it and this time I had my baby sleeping and I had to carry him in to place order. I just donât seem to understand how itâs ok to be behind a register with ear pods in talking over the phone instead of taking car of customers. On another note which is irrelevant but they have specials outside the door how could you possibly get the special if you have to place order through and app and app doesnât pick up the daily specials. Seriously I was happy when I saw they opened but now I donât even care as I wonât return.

Very nasty and rude. The manager Tina is unprofessional and the sandwiches are made with unreasonable proportions. Also the manager refused to refill the lettuce and instead scraped up soggy lettuce drenched in water to put on my sandwich. My bread was soggy from the water by the time I got home. What a disgrace. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Store is super clean. The young lady that made our sandwiches was very nice, professional, knowledgeable and made our sandwiches beautifully. I recommend the jalapeño cheddar bread.
