I am a business owner, and I will never allow one of my employees to talk to any customers as rude as they do in Blimpie in Teaneck NJ over the phone. This is the second time I call to place an order as I am always on the go and both times I was told they don’t take orders over the phone because “she has 2 customers inside” but I was parked right outside the door both times and no one was inside. First time I didn’t think nothing to it and this time I had my baby sleeping and I had to carry him in to place order. I just don’t seem to understand how it’s ok to be behind a register with ear pods in talking over the phone instead of taking car of customers. On another note which is irrelevant but they have specials outside the door how could you possibly get the special if you have to place order through and app and app doesn’t pick up the daily specials. Seriously I was happy when I saw they opened but now I don’t even care as I won’t return.

Very nasty and rude. The manager Tina is unprofessional and the sandwiches are made with unreasonable proportions. Also the manager refused to refill the lettuce and instead scraped up soggy lettuce drenched in water to put on my sandwich. My bread was soggy from the water by the time I got home. What a disgrace. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Store is super clean. The young lady that made our sandwiches was very nice, professional, knowledgeable and made our sandwiches beautifully. I recommend the jalapeño cheddar bread.
