Looked forward to a Cinnabon . Haven’t had one in such a long time. Purchased them and they were such a disappointment. Not warm/hot No gooeyness. DRYYYYY! Like a hollow malted ball. I would never recommend it. Bake your own!

Yesterday was my first time going to this location, I went for the promotion they had yesterday and to my surprise I went to eat the cinnamon bun and it was completely raw in the middle. Now I’m suffering from diarrhea and abdominal pain. Disappointed is not even the proper word I can use to express to explain how I feel. I am so disgusted and that is a food hazard!

ordered delivery...was just sent what looks like 5 day old burnt cinnamon buns that went straight to the garbage. I cant believe anyone would give these to a customer.

My four year old was adamant that he wanted a rocket ship ice cream cake for his birthday. I called a 11 ice cream cake shops in the area only to be told that it was impossible without the right mold. One place even asked me to order a mold for them and they would see if they could make the cake but wanted to charge double for the effort.
I randomly found this Carvel in Hackensack and after explaining what I wanted, one of the staff members brainstormed ways to make the cake come to life. I sent them a picture and out came the best rocket ship ice cream cake that anyone had ever eaten! The cake looked beautiful, tasted delicious and most importantly, my child was super happy. I will always place cake orders with you guys!
