2.5 stars. Poorly run venue. We wanted to attend a show, however due to health issues need a seat. When we went on the website it showed all seats soldout. We later got a text from friends saying the place was half empty and there were plenty of seats. So we went right over. Get to the door and tell the guy and he says he knew about the problem and says that will be $30 each. I tell him they were $20 online so why should I be penalized because their website is not working? Shrugs and says it is what its. Frankly, if we didn't have friends waiting inside would just have left. The guy playing is NY based and no shortage of opportunities to see him another time.So we get inside more of the same order food menu says $14 charged $17 trivia but it's an electronic QR code menu so why not update it? Food arrives horrible whatever will not be back...With all the problems venues are having you'd think they would at least try to make folks feel welcome.

Fun little venue. I went to a show where it wasn't packed, although I've heard it can get very crowded. I liked that I could get up close to the stage and see someone perform who I'd also seen at a very large venue in Philly. I didn't get to try their food, but liked that you can also get food there. There seemed to be ample parking where you didn't have to worry about competing with residents to find a spot. If you're looking for something gimmicky, you won't find that here. Just down a down to earth place where it's the performer who is the draw and who keeps your attention.

What a great venue! I loved the vibe. Show was great new talent. Loved the NC bands and all were great this past Saturday 3/16! Food was great. Bar nice and servers friendly! Will be back!

Really disappointed with the service here. Waited around 35 minutes to find out that the staff didn’t send the order of chicken fingers and fries to the kitchen. No apologies or anything in the moment. I was surprised when I made a Yelp review that the manager came up to me to let me know that she saw my review and wanted to say sorry but I can tell the intention was due to the fact I left a review that was honest about their lack of customer service. I understand it was busy and understaffed but it was interesting to hear that she noticed the review and came up to me. I thought they were short staffed and wouldn’t have time to check something like a review? She even said something along the lines of that she would’ve comp’d our bill at the end of the night because she knew we would be there at the end of the night. It was interesting she said she “would’ve” but didn’t with her apology. No worries though I know the intention was to say sorry just because of my review I mentioned that I was surprised they didn’t say sorry. Very sassy apology and I felt uncomfortable with her talk. Wishing Debonair the best and hope they can improve their management soon. Happy holidays!
