I love the Dunkin Donuts on Cedar Lane. The ladies are truly so sweet and welcoming there. I normally see them daily as I past through the drive through. Thank You for being courteous and kind and always keeping a smile each day. There are at least 5 of the ladies there who knows me by my order, large ice coffee 3 caramel swirls and 1 cream!

A branch where there is nonsense and lies, the toilet lies because it is full even though it is needed during working hours, it keeps me waiting, when they see that I am waiting, they lie that it is clean, even though I wait at the door, they lie that it is a liar, a dishonest branch

Beware. Coffee cups had their lids loose and spilled all over my clothes, the coffee tastes burnt, the service was slow. This shop needs a retraining on fundamentals. Back to basics on how to deliver quality product with quality customer service. This place lacks the simple fundamentals.

Unfortunately, the manager and another staff member were shockingly rude when I brought back an uncooked breakfast sandwich this morning. They seemed to lack basic customer service training. Until new management comes in, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I live nearby and have visited this Dunkin location several times. Overall, it's a convenient stop for coffee or donuts.

The customer service is generally OK—staff are informative and do their job, but don't expect a particularly warm or memorable interaction. I usually go for either iced or hot coffee, and while it's reliably made, I've noticed that when Dunkin releases a new item, this location doesn't offer it right away. The wait time can really vary depending on when you go, and the overall atmosphere shifts day to day. Some days it's calm; other days it's busy and a bit chaotic. One downside is the parking situation. This location was built on the site of an old loan savings building, so the lot really wasn't designed with customer traffic in mind. It can be tough to find a spot, especially during busy hours. I haven’t paid much attention to the cleanliness overall, but in the past, I've noticed that the tables sometimes have leftover straw wrappers and packets, so that could be improved. Not a bad location for a quick snack if you're nearby.

They are never open!!!!! I came here at 7:25 pm and the closing time says 9pm on Google but on their door says 10pm. It was already closed! What a waste of time. These people are terrible 😔

Why is it so difficult to get the order correct? I ordered a cold brew and a hot coffee both with a half a cream. When at the drive thru the board only had the cold brew with 3 creams I told her she had it wrong. Get to the window and the cold brew looks like vanilla cream ther is so much cream in it. Why would anyone want coffee with that much cream. Just order cream. Needless to say the tag says 3 creams. PLEASE LEARN TO LISTEN

This dunkin' donuts for the last 13 years has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with this company. From not carrying products they advertise to giving wrong products when you order something. I always come back here because I think they can't possibly get any worse and somehow they do.
