Have been coming here for years but recently every order has had errors. Keep hoping it is just a one time thing but keeps happening. Reached out to management a few times since we are not getting what we've ordered but no response. Hopefully service improves.

This store constantly messes up orders, and the mobile app allows you to order without warning that it's closed. Friend of mine got sick once while still having breakfast inside. Employees are wonderful though, needs better management.

Terrible. They constantly close early! Tonight they are supposed to be open until 9pm. We went there at 6:30, the dining room was closed, and they said they were no longer serving food that “the kitchen was closed”. We could only got drinks and a stale donut. Go to the Dunkin in Hackensack. Much better service.

Today, Monday December 1st around 4pm visit the drive thru of this Dunkin and I got the worst attention in the world from “Elizabeth” or so the short black-haired woman called kept us eager to order she didn’t give us what we asked for we remade the order again and everything was given upside down TERRIBLE SERVICE

Coffee is always inconsistent here. Today I purchased coffee and half dozen “assorted” donuts off the App. Apparently assorted means the donuts no one would purchase in person. My hot coffee was Luke warm. Not sure why I keep coming back.
I love the Dunkin Donuts on Cedar Lane. The ladies are truly so sweet and welcoming there. I normally see them daily as I past through the drive through. Thank You for being courteous and kind and always keeping a smile each day. There are at least 5 of the ladies there who knows me by my order, large ice coffee 3 caramel swirls and 1 cream!

A branch where there is nonsense and lies, the toilet lies because it is full even though it is needed during working hours, it keeps me waiting, when they see that I am waiting, they lie that it is clean, even though I wait at the door, they lie that it is a liar, a dishonest branch
