They are never open!!!!! I came here at 7:25 pm and the closing time says 9pm on Google but on their door says 10pm. It was already closed! What a waste of time. These people are terrible đ

Why is it so difficult to get the order correct? I ordered a cold brew and a hot coffee both with a half a cream. When at the drive thru the board only had the cold brew with 3 creams I told her she had it wrong. Get to the window and the cold brew looks like vanilla cream ther is so much cream in it. Why would anyone want coffee with that much cream. Just order cream. Needless to say the tag says 3 creams. PLEASE LEARN TO LISTEN

From not carrying products they advertise to giving wrong products when you order something. I always come back here because I think they can't possibly get any worse and somehow they do.

I live in Teaneck and so ordering here is out of convenience more than anything, but everyone I do so I forgot why I havenât in a while. The order is always wrong. Why would you ask me what cheese for no reason. Also the wraps here are more on the soggy side vs other Dunkinâs where I have them slightly crispy and more enjoyable.

I see why this location has BAD reviews. The first picture is the drink I always get. (I took a picture because I love it so much I wanted just that every time I go). The NEXT day order the SAME thing and the girl thatâs always handling drive thru orders gives me this. Not paying attention I grab it and didnât take me far to realize this isnât my drink. I go back and the same girl says to me âyeah you could come inside we probably wonât give you youâre money back but we can make a new one and charge you againâ LOL OKAY.
This is bad business. I come in to talk to a manager and someone who isnât one was quick to take my order. I explained what happened and how rude this girl was. Shes convinced that Iâm wrong and donât know my own order. I keep explaining to her I always come to this location because itâs always done right. Well TODAY it wasnât. She came back later to hand me the last photo. At this point I have to laugh because apparently a FROZEN COFFEE is a FROZEN CHOCOLATE now.
Very unprofessional and sad that this is another local spot that I wonât give me money too. Do better and if you donât like your job that is not the customers fault. Happy new years.

I always order ahead on the app. And the people I encounter at the pickup window are great. My order is usually ready on time, although sometimes there is a bit of a wait on the pickup line.
Hereâs my only complaint. And I really want Dunkinâ to do something about it. The past 6 months or so, anything heated or toasted tastes like plastic and bleach. I has to be something to do with the ovens, the trays, or the cleaning solutions. But itâs BAD. Iâve been going to this location for years and itâs only been recently. Whatâs changed??

I frequently visit this Dunkinâ Donuts when Iâm in the area a few times a week. Although the staff here is never the friendliest, I have never felt inclined to leave a poor review for them. However, what I just witnessed deserves a review. A lady with what looked like a one yr old child in front of me just purchased some donuts and asked if she can have a small cup with water for the young child. The Hispanic lady with short dark hair said no. She blamed the owner saying that they donât allow them to give free cups. The lady then asked if they could fill up her childâs own personal cup with water from the faucet. The staff member still said no. I am disgusted by this! I understand that there are rules at every establishment set forth by the mangers/owners but where is the empathy when a mother is asking for just a little water for her child.

Worst Dunkin every morning I go and tas $ 6.00 meal I all Dunkin with no Bacon this Dunkin lady says you have to take with bacon otherwise is different charge I will never ever come to this location the lady is very rude she donât understand that she is saving on food cost
