Store is always hot, not a lot of seating. Drinks are frequently not mixed properly (see picture) and orders can sometimes take up to 20 minutes to complete, because staff sometimes forget about your order.

Great location with ample parking. I always order online through the app so it’s a breeze to come in and pick it up. The staff seems very friendly and productive. Morning are the busiest so except some wait time.I love their munchkin donuts and it’s a great way to start my day with some coffee.Parking: Parking is in a lot of a small mall.

THIS IS NOT A REAL DUNKIN DONUTS. Because they are kosher, they do not serve the same menu as a regular Dunkin' Donuts. The fake meat is taste-less and leathery. As a chain, this place should not be able to modify or omit items from the menu to cater to any specific group. Their donuts are stale and hard. The service is abysmal. Very nasty people who either do not understand or pretend not to understand English. In the area, we refer to it as Funkin Donuts, fake Dunkin Donuts.

I had the most nastiest experience. My sandwich was cold and when I took it to the Dunkin employee she too the same sandwich that was already bitten and placed it into the oven which is very insane. You never place food that’s been bitten inside the oven.
Coffee is basic nothing fancy even if hazelnut coffee's or not real hazelnut beans. The donuts are rank at best. Meaning the basic minimal acceptable. They also have a nice egg and cheese croissant but like everything else is it's overpriced

There's 8 people working in there and 1 person on the cash register. Takes forever to walk in and get coffee cause everyone's ordering online.
Appreciate how the store is kosher, however, the employees don't seem to know how to make good drinks, they never taste as good as any other dunkins. The main problem I have with this location is the fact that it's almost become a family joke of ours how the employees ALWAYS mess up our order. We tell them specially no cheese in the wake up wrap, and they add cheese but not fake sausage. Also it always makes you feel nauseous afterward
