We rolled in at 700 on a Wednesday night. The place looked dead. We were not greeted. The only thing the cashier said to us the entire time we are ordering was "We clean up at 745." So close at 7! Don't bother having customers in at all after 7 if this is the way you treat them. I will not be back, unfortunately.Dietary restrictions: Kosher dairy

Food is very good Place is gross and filthy Zero customer service Owner should spend a few bucks, clean it up, and treat the customer with respect. Doubt I'll return

The pizza is good as long as you get a fresh pie. The other dishes, including falafel and various pastas, are nice to have if you’re there with others and don’t want pizza. The service can be slow but seems in line with other similar establishments. The staff are great as long as you’re respectful to them. The atmosphere is not my vibe but I mostly order takeout so this isn’t much of a factor.

The line was kinda long because only one person was taking orders and it took a while for the person to take our order. We only wanted one slice and we didn't want it heated up. The pizza also isn't very good.

TLDR: I had not eaten all day and ordered 1 slice at 5 pm. I took 2 bites, could not make myself take a 3rd, and threw out the rest.Visual:-Slice is small, meaning that their slice size is at best inconsistent.-Parts of the slice did not seem to have sauce or cheese (including the point which is odd).-Slice is stiff as a board (preference).Crumb:-Dry and without taste, likely a short fermentation with a low moisture dough.Flavor:-Very bland-Even while resorting to adding salt, the slice remained very bland.

I used to come here as a kid every week, I had birthday parties here and it was a place my family loved. I recently visited again for the first time in many years and WOW has EJ’s gone downhill. The place is a dump, the windows haven’t been cleaned in years, the walls are falling apart, and everything is covered in a thick layer of dust and grime. The service was also poor, the owner was sitting there texting while a 12-year old kid was taking orders, he would also often go behind the counter to play on his phone and people were standing there waiting for someone to take orders. The pizza is ok, however the sauce has changed and not in a good way. EJs used to be known for its sauce, now it’s pretty generic and bland. Really sad to see a childhood favorite decline like this.

Pizza was fine, service was excellent but don't trust their prices as the pizza was not the price advertised on website and on napkin holders on every table by a significant amount.

CHOCOLATE loving (king of super awesomeness)

Decent food not very clean more like a. Catering place that also sells to normal consumers it is kosher though

The food was great, as always. Absolutely delicious. We were embarrassed, though, because we took somebody from out of town there and there are holes in the ceiling from leaks that have obviously been there a long time, unpainted plaster on the wall (with a ceiling leak above it), and the table was dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned well after more than one set of customers. With a little TLC EJ's could be one of our top choices for a dairy meal again. Until then, we won't bring anyone else there and will avoid it ourselves.

So dirty. So. Dirty. Are you kidding me? How do people eat in these places? The floors, walls, chairs tables are absolutely filthy. The pizza is mediocre and now I have to wait to see if I get sick. I just don't understand why certain restaurants think it's acceptable to be this filthy.

Decent neighborhood pizza shop. The style of pizza is very doughy and very sauce, I personally prefer a thinner crust. But my bigger issue is that there's no way to schedule deliveries early for a specific time, the only option is "asap" and when I called for a recommendation as to when to place the order based on the time that I needed it the answer I received was "I don't know".
