This is my go to anytime im in the area and some days I’ll even travel the 45 mins just to eat there. The food is well above average with a great ambiance although service can be very inconsistent depending on the time of day and who is serving.
I understand is a hot day , how ever it’s was Africa eating at Elsa’s , is that dry heat , I could not eat all the food was sweating fire trucks and buses

Chicharrón can be good BUT what I find crazy is that for a whole order of Chicharrón which totals about $18 alone.. it doesn't come with ANY sauce. You have to PAY an additional fee. Very money hungry....$18 worth of MEAT and no sauce to come with it...
