This KFC is extremely understaffed… it’s 12:15pm lunch time rush hour and there is only 1 person in the front named Melissa (charming polite lady) but she is CASHIER / order picker/ slash manager / coordinating with 1 person in the back who is cooking… poor

I liked KFC for a very long time, and today I decided to order online. However, I'm really disappointed. I picked up my order within the estimated time, but the chicken tenders were already cold, and they were not crispy at all. I don't know if it's just this particular location, but I regret ordering from here.

I enjoyed kfc when I was younger, but year by year it gets worse. They almost burned down the place the other day i have video but I will not post for the respect of staff. This is why you need adult supervision to handle highschool kids. These kids just stay on their phone and put in their AirPods while they work as if it were school. You need some order in this KFC and fast because I don’t see this place in 3-5 years. Very dirty place needs improvement ASAP. You can’t have your AirPods in majority of jobs where’s the management. Rude service as well, they get cranky.
