The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great. Always go back for their great food. Food is fresh and not refried like other restaurants. Price is very reasonable.

Iâve been here 3 times and every time I come the prices change. They get expensive by the visit. Today I bought a tres leche cake and a piece of chocolate cake and they charged me $17!! Last time I went in I bought the same thing and was charged $9. While the food is pretty decent and the people are nice , I do feel like they make up prices as they go along which is not right at all. $6 for a cheese empanada is a bit much too.
Best pastells ever
I ordered the oxtail and it was severely undercooked, sitting in a quart container that was about 70% cooking oil. Not sauce â literal oil. Completely inedible and honestly a food safety concern. Iâve attached photos so others can see what was delivered. Absolutely disgusting.

I was disappointed. I ordered the pernil with white rice and red beans. The price was great. $10, but it was lacking flavor, not enough fluid with the beans and the pernil was dry.

We are always on the lookout for an authentic Puerto Rican restaurant within driving distance. Mis RaĂces met all our requirements. I had the best arroz con pollo from a restaurant. My daughter had the pastellon and also loved it. We shared a tres leche pistacho cake which was delicious.

I got rich well cooked sweet plantanos, black beans and rice, plus chicken, potatoes, olives fricassee in flavorful home style sauce and a full plate salad with chicken all like a mom or grandma cooked for me. Flavorful. Tasty familiar food but that someone else made when I'm recovering from an injury. Exactly what I needed to feel better. I got it through the Wonder app. Only thing I was missing avocado in my salad which might have been an app error but everything else was good

A Hidden Puerto Rican Gem!
From the moment I walked in, I felt like family. The manager greeted me with a big smile and genuine warmth â you can tell they truly care about every guest that walks through the door. That personal touch made the experience even more memorable.
Now letâs talk about the food. The empanadas? Out of this world. Perfectly crispy on the outside, packed with flavorful, seasoned fillings on the inside. You can tell theyâre made fresh and with love â they alone are worth the visit.
The rest of the menu doesnât disappoint either, but those empanadas were easily the highlight. If youâre craving authentic Puerto Rican flavor and a welcoming atmosphere, this place is a must. Iâll definitely be back (probably just for a box of empanadas to-go)!

Donât order from here. They advertise âBuy 1, Get 1 Freeâ Roasted Pork/Pernil Lunch on Uber Eats but then send you a second free lunch thatâs half the size of your first order. The restaurant doesnât disclose this to you and they hope you donât notice, and Uber Eats isnât aware of how theyâre deceiving their customers. When I noticed, I called the restaurant to discuss and the girl who took my call was extremely rude. She had a careless attitude and says âwell, you got a free lunch didnât youâ? Maâam, thatâs not the pointâŠI had 2 of the same exact item in my cart and thatâs what I expected to receive. She refused to admit they did anything wrong, and basically blew me off. She treated me as if I was asking for a handout, meanwhile itâs the restaurant offering the promotion. What ever happened to customer satisfaction? What a shame. Theyâve definitely lost a customer, and itâs not because of the Buy 1, Get 1 promotion, itâs because of the girl over the phone who lacks basic customer service and conflict resolution skills. These restaurants are getting crafty with their manipulative tactics. Beware.
