Where do I begin , this place is usually great but today smh…….. I showed up to order some food which took them an hour to make as I saw people order after to me and receive their food sooner. What’s even worse is that as I kept coming up and reminding them hey I’ve been here a while no apology or no rush to the food. When I finally receive my food I ask them is all my food in bag since it looked empty she says “yes
, I checked it but you can personally check”. I almost took their word for it luckily I checked and to no surprise food is missing. I let them know then no apology and they act as if I was wrong for letting them know. As I drive home I’m already upset I wasted over n hour of my life I start to eat the food only to have a soggy “chicharron de cerdo” and an old lime in order why…….I usually don’t do this but the experience was so bad I needed to make sure people In Future are not surprised if this happens to you.

I ordered a chicken soup and when delivered it had no chicken. The colombian lady that answered the phone said that next time I order I should ask for more chicken when in fact it literally had NONE, just two pieces of corn and the liquid. Apparently the puerto Rican lady that ownes the place is no longer there and they are under new management as per the colombian lady that answered the phone, which explains alot. The food was very poor quality and didn't have much flavor. She said she was going to check with the kitchen and just hung up on me.I no longer will be ordering from this place. They are a hit or miss. Basically a gamble when ordering from this restaurant.

I’ve been to this restaurant a few times and it never fails. The food is so good and the people are so kind. The tostones are always cooked to perfection and are also crunchy, just how I like them. Their passion fruit juice is also very good. The garlic bread to start is a great little app.

I must say, I would travel any distance for this food! A small place with huge taste! Would definitely recommend this place. Food and service were A+. The portions were large and price was very reasonable. I can't wait for my next visit.
